Summary:

Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!



The Space:

There is a full set of stairs up to the front door of the condo. But then once inside, everything is on the same level!

Guest Access:

The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance! Also there's a sauna in the clubhouse!



The Neighborhood:

Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!



One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!



The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

No need to worry about keys, there is a keypad lock on the front door so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be able if you do happen to need anything!

This is a new very well kept property, clean, spacious, high end and was perfect for my family that included 2 adult sons with girlfriends. I picked this property for the 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with 2 beds in 2 of the bedrooms. Everyone was accommodated, comfortable with plenty of privacy.The beds were all very comfortable, everyone slept well. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and had eveything we needed. This was our Family Christmas time together so we appreciated the Christmas tree that was decorated beautifully. Again, very spacious, room for everyone, and then some. The balcony is nice, and there are property amenities that we didn't get a chance to check out, but will for sure next time.Highly recommend this property for anyone!
The Christmas tree was perfect. We brought our own stockings and had plenty of room above the fireplace to hang them.

Beautiful condo in a lovely, quiet location. This was a perfect fit for our family vacation! Quick and easy communication with the host team was great. We've stayed in several locations in Branson through the years. This is our fave yet!NOTE: The indoor swimming pool is small, and 3 ft depth. It is great for young children.

Fantastic place! We will definitely be back! The large windows and the balcony were all amazing places for morning coffee and relaxing. Beds were very comfortable and that I’ve found is usually where even nice places can go wrong, but these were all great!! Highly highly recommended!

The condo was in a great central location, close to everything in Branson. It had all of the amenities that were needed and the kitchen was incredibly stocked. The patio and panoramic views were stunning and the condo was very clean and spacious for our family.The check-in process was easy and we were able to check-in earlier than expected. Amazing condo in The Foothills

We were in Branson for the Fourth of July weekend, total of 6 adults and we stayed in this beautiful condominium, which was very well designed, clean and spacious. We felt like we were in our own home. Everything you can think of was provided to the smallest detail. The condo has three bedrooms with three full baths, very open and spacious living room and beautiful kitchen. It is an end unit so it has beautiful views to three different sides. The terrace was amazing. We were drinking coffee in the morning, enjoying the view and the nice patio furniture. The service was amazing as well. The host communicated promptly, providing us with everything we needed. We have been many times to Branson, but next time we will try to book the same place again. Thank you, Adam for making this trip very special for us!

This rental is beautiful!

My in-laws, husband, and our 2 kids stayed here. We had plenty of space. The house was very clean. Probably the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The home is beautiful. I loved the furniture as well. We definitely recommend staying here!
