The Space:

The heart of the home is a gourmet kitchen with an oversized granite island that flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. The main level hosts two king master bedrooms, each with a private bath, and opens onto a massive deck equipped with a gas fireplace, ample seating, and a private hot tub. The home offers six bedrooms in total, each with its own en suite bathroom, including five king suites and one versatile bunkroom. Upstairs, a massive game room provides endless entertainment with a ping pong table, foosball, arcade games, and a kitchenette. Guests also enjoy full access to resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and a fire pit, all located just one mile from Silver Dollar City.



Guest Access:

You will enjoy a completely private entrance featuring a convenient ADA ramp located directly off your assigned parking spaces in front of the home. Access is seamless with our touch key padded entry system, and your unique personal code will be sent to you twenty four hours prior to your arrival. As our guest, you have full private access to the entire house, including all six bedrooms, game room, the spacious living areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. Beyond the home, you are invited to enjoy the resort amenities, which include communal pools, playground, a small gym, and outdoor gas fire pit, all set within a beautiful landscape perfect for your Branson getaway.

You are ideally positioned just one mile past the world famous Silver Dollar City theme park, making it easy to enjoy a day of thrills before returning to the peaceful lakeside atmosphere. Getting Around:

Located on Indian Point, our property offers convenient access to local attractions. You are just two miles from the Indian Point Marina, as well as several dining options and a convenience store. The famous 76 Strip, featuring extensive shopping, live shows, and entertainment, is only a short drive away. We provide free parking on the premises for your convenience, though please note that trailers and boats must be parked at the designated clubhouse area rather than at the house itself.



Other Things to Note:

We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, coffee pods, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Fresh linens are provided for all beds. Please note that a hot tub liability waiver will be sent to you before your arrival, which must be signed and returned before your access codes can be released. For your safety, please follow all rules posted near the hot tub. Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. Please park only in your assigned spaces in front of the lodge. Boat and trailer parking is not permitted at the house, but you may store watercraft trailers by the clubhouse. The minimum age for booking is 25. Please be advised that smoking, including any drugs, and events are strictly prohibited on the premises.
