“The Happy Mallard" 8-bedroom lodge has everything your family needs for a wonderful vacation - great location (adjacent to Silver Dollar City!), lake view, tons of space, game room (pool table, foosball, multiple arcades), theater room with reclining chairs & a 85” big screen TV, private hot tub, indoor & outdoor fireplaces, kids bunk rooms, and a very well-stocked kitchen. Guests are amazed with how spacious the rooms and common spaces are. The lodge is quite cozy with quality furnishings!

The Space:

Welcome to The Happy Mallard, a modern wildlife lake themed lodge that is well styled and furnished for a comfortable family vacation.

This family-friendly vacation home features a private hot tub, community indoor and outdoor pools, amazing views, and incredible access to Silver Dollar City (just a half mile away!).

This is a stunning Branson vacation property located in the Crown View Estates on Table Rock Lake.

-Community OUTDOOR pool is typically open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, but may remain open longer pending weather
-Community INDOOR pool is HEATED and open year around
-Community Playground is available for use
-Nearest BOAT LAUNCH is Indian Point Marina and is just 2.8 miles down the road. Slip rentals are $20/night.

Located in a Short Term Rental community, so you will not disturb local residents

We loved our stay at the Happy Mallard. Perfect location with plenty of room for our party of 17. The home was spotless with everything we needed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The upstairs master suites were beautiful and spacious, and there was plenty of storage throughout the home.The host’s communication was excellent- a link was sent prior to our arrival that contained everything we needed to know about the home, as well as helpful information about the area. We had a couple of minor issues that arose during our stay and the host responded and addressed them immediately. So glad we chose the Happy Mallard!

Perfect for our team

The house was incredible! Fit 24 easy! The team loved the play room and entertainment room. They hung out there most of night! Great spacious kitchen and eating area. All 24 of us ate in the same place every meal bc it was such a big place. Rooms on all 3 levels helped keep us spread out enough to have our own space. Lakeview was a huge bonus!!

Perfect Group Stay

It was the perfect stay for a house full of teenagers. The games and pool table were awesome and we loved having a group movie with the theater seating. It was 10-15 minutes away from hiking trails, the table top lake beach, and sight and sound theater. The decks were perfect for late night conversations and hanging out and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with throughout the week. Overall, it was perfect for our group and we would love to stay there again!

Family Retreat

This property is perfect for a large family. Nicely decorated and everything in working order. The hot tub was awesome after a day in Branson. The kids liked the game room and watching movies. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together

Amazing Trip

We stayed in this house with 22 people - 12 of them adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our large crowd. We could not have loved this any better. We will have to come back!It has 2 bedrooms on the main floor, 2 bedrooms & 2 bunk rooms on the game room floor, and 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor. Also, the 2 bedrooms are on the bottom floor and share a jack & jill bathroom.

Great extended family stay!

This home was perfect for our extended family. I loved that we could all eat dinner together at the two huge kitchen tables. Also perfect for family games! We had a minor issue during check in and the host was very response and it was resolved quickly. Construction started early around 8am one morning but was clearly noted in the listing so we were not surprised.

The Happy Mallard property was wonderfully spacious and lovely

This property is wonderfully spacious, lovely, open concepts for families to sit together to eat along with plenty of space on the island for buffet style meals. All the provided dishes/bowls, etc was great!! We really enjoyed the fact that each family member had a bedroom with a bathroom, not all private, but close enough. At night, each family had their own TV in the bedrooms to watch their own programs and fall asleep with. As a family, we could come in after all the activities each day that are SOooo very close, to end with some HOTTUB time!! The veiw was fabulous from the hottub!! How relaxing for working families.. We are/was thrilled with this location, the home, the view along with 3 grandchildren under 2. THANKS HAPPY MALLARD for giving us family memories and a space for the whole family to be in. Thanks!!

Family Fun!!!

Our family loved this house!! The game room was awesome!! All of our kids enjoyed the games and the theatre room. The kiddie gate at the top of the stairs was much appreciated. Loved the washers and dryers! The three dishwashers were so helpful! It was so refreshing to go to the house and have everything supplied for the week. The decks were so pleasant and the fireplaces were so relaxing, as was the beautiful hot tub! We also enjoyed the community pools, and splash pad. The location was easily accessible to Silver Dollar City and all the Branson attractions. We would definitely recommend this house for large families that needed space. There was plenty of space for family members to do things together or separately. We all had a ton of fun making memories as a family!!

Wonderful Memories

We loved staying in this beautiful and spacious home. It was the perfect place for my family to create an incredible memory. The home was a great way to continue the getaway with an amazing game room, hot tub, and so much more. The space allowed a large group to get together without feeling like we were on top of each other. We left with a family memory to cherish forever.

We had a great time at the Happy Mallard! Very clean and everything as stated! Kitchen was well equipped and adequate cold storage. Very roomy and everything was in working order. Hot tub snd pool table were a huge hit!

Family Destination Christmas

Home is amazing - view is amazing (minus the construction which will soon be gone). Was super excited that it was handicapped accessible, as I have a disabled sister that got to come along but I do suggest the entrance into the home (door) is also equipped with a ramp as getting into the home with a wheelchair was difficult. Had a great time and will be going back if the opportunity ever arises.

Beautiful cabin and great stay

Well appointed and crispy clean cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook for our large group, and a good charcoal BBQ to grill on. The cabin is massive and so is the TV in the theater room with a good sound system. Plenty of games for the kids and minutes from Silver Dollar City which was nice not to have to sit in traffic. Views of the lake from the private hot tub. Highly recommend. We will be back to stay here again

Epic Family Vacation!

Could not be more pleased with our stay! Kids were obsessed with the movie and game rooms, giving the adults plenty of time to sip some beverages, chat and enjoy the view from the deck. Jaron is super responsive and has this place dialed. This house looks like it is out of a designer magazine, we will definitely be back!
