The Space:
Back inside, this home welcomes you with neutral, modern interiors and a cozy ambience. Sleek wooden accents and tasteful design elements add to the charm. The living area boasts a comfy seating area that surrounds a smart TV. Large glass sliders open onto the outdoor deck, which features seating, small table, and sprawling green views.

The adjoining open-plan kitchen is airy, stocked with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The counter offers stool seating for 2, while the 4-seater indoor dining table makes for intimate family dinners. An additional nook is available to accommodate 2 more guests.

The home accommodates 11 guests in total, with 3 bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper.

Located on the first floor, bedroom #1 is furnished with a King-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs you will find the 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Twin bed, Full bed, and top deck access.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
