Our location is close to Branson and provides a scenic, peaceful and quiet retreat for your family and friends. Our lodge accommodates 11 guests with 5 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy our private hot tub, kayaks, community pool, family room and spacious out-door deck to experience lake views and nature.

About the Space
**Overview**
- Accommodates 11; 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
- Sleeping arrangements include 4 king, 1 full and 1 twin bed.
- Open concept kitchen, dining and living room; kitchen is fully equipped.
- Living room and kitchen opens to deck with outdoor seating, electric fireplace and Weber BBQ grill.

** Main Level **
Inviting entryway with fishing poles and walking sticks. The living room and kitchen/dining area feature a stunning 2 story electric fireplace and sliding glass doors with deck access. Two couches and love seat offer ample seating in the living room for engaging in meaningful and discussions. The ½ bath is conveniently located here. The dining table can comfortably seat 12 people (8 chairs & 2 benches) and 4 bar chairs available for seating while enjoying group meals.

**Lower Level**
The lower-level family room is perfect for more family discussions, playing games on the table or watching a movie from the smart TV. The wet bar includes mini popcorn and coffee machine (popcorn provided) and refrigerator.

The patio and private hot tub can be access from the lower-level and laundry is located here.

We work hard to ensure check-in to Lakeview Retreat is easy. You will be provided a unique code to you the day before your arrival. You will also be provided with detailed instructions on how to get to the house along with a map location.

✔ New homes are being built in our community so there may be construction during the daylight hours.
✔ The primary renter must be 25 years old or older.
✔ Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No smoking, vaping or marijuana use allowed in and around the property.
✔ Please no pets, a $500 pet fee will be
accessed if pets are brought on the property.
✔ No large gatherings, events or parties.
✔ Only registered guest may enter the home.
