This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo in Branson West ensures a peaceful Ozarks vacation. Up to 6 guests can spend days relaxing by the community pool (which is right across the street) or traversing through hiking trails that surround the condo. Once the sun sets, sit on the large private deck, which overlooks the beautiful Ozark Mountains, and enjoy the fantastic sights and sounds of the forested surroundings. You're bound to enjoy your stay at this condo!

After a day exploring Branson West or laying by the community pool, kick back and relax on the comfortable couch in the living room! You can watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen cable TV, or use the free wireless internet access to surf the net.

There's no need to leave the comfort of your home-away-from-home to eat during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, or you can use the community charcoal grill to make juicy steaks and burgers.

Each guest in your travel group can drift off to sleep each night while watching TV. The master bedroom and second bedroom both feature king beds, and 2 additional guests can sleep on the queen-sized pullout bed in the living room.

The condo is located in the family-friendly Notch Estes condo community, just minutes from Table Rock Lake and Dogwood Canyon Nature Park! You can spend hours exploring the 145 acres of hiking trails that surround the condo. Take a short walk down the trail to fish at the private, 5-acre, catch and release lake. A license isn't required to fish on the private lake, so anyone can join in on the fun!

If you tire from fishing on the private lake, take a short drive to Table Rock Lake to swim and boat. Nature lovers will adore the miles of hiking trails which surround the lake.

If you're traveling with children, be sure to take them to Silver Dollar City. The 61-acre theme park is only 1 mile from Notch entrance and provides hours of entertainment for the whole family.

Travel 10 minutes to the Branson Strip for more family-friendly entertainment, shopping, and great dining opportunities.

Although, the condo was very clean and the host was quick to respond to our questions, we found the condo to be in need of updates. We’ve stayed in Notch Estates several times the last few years and each time, we’ve picked a different condo just to get a feel of each one. We’ve enjoyed every one we have stayed in up until this one. This one isn’t very welcoming. It feels like a dormitory. Yes, we were only there to basically sleep but when you walk in to a place, you want it to feel warm and inviting. This one offers the bare minimum on any extras. We were told there would be enough coffee for a couple of days, there was not even a tablespoon in the can. They left just one extra trash bag for the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank goodness we remember our soaps and shampoos, because none is offered. All the others we’ve stayed in, in the past and even the ones the rest of our family stayed in had personal hygiene items provided. It says it sleeps up to 6, but one bedroom the closet is locked and is used for storage, so everyone shares one closet. I know this all sounds petty, but when you spend good money on a place, you expect it to live up to that.

We were so pleased with our accommodations! I did not have any reason to contact the property manager during our stay, but I had a booking change prior to our trip and they were extremely friendly, accommodating and responsive. This little gem checks all the boxes. Safe, convenient, clean, comfortable and great value! I would recommend without hesitation and I hope to return one day soon! Thanks for the memories!

Very nice condo. I appreciated that there were no stairs. Easy access not having to worry about a key. I also appreciated having the essentials like a blow dryer, plenty of towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, even a washer/dryer. My favorite amenity was the scenic balcony complete with furnishings. Hosts are very friendly to respond right away to my texts before my stay and offered helpful information about the area.

We got there an hour early. We were told that they had jist gptten there to leave. We went and got groceries. When we xame back an hour later they werr still cleaning so we had to wait. When we got into the condo the Ac was cranked up to 79 degrees and it was 100 outside. It was so hot infact that we had to leave and go out to eat which was not our plan. About 2 hours later it finnaly colled down were we could stay there. We found out the day before that one of the pools was broken so they had to treck to get to the other one. The day before ww left we were woken up at 6am to someone above us riding a scooter around there place. It was very small and it did not fit six comfortably. My daughter were in the pull out bed bit it took up all the libing room space. From the pics just not what i was expecting.

Beautiful, Clean and scenic!

This condo was Top Notch! Beautiful views, quiet and perfect for our weekend away! It does sleep 6 and is huge but we only had the need for one room and it was perfect! Honey said it was the best sleep he’s had!

A relaxing and Pleasant Stay

The condo was great! It was the perfect size for my little family and so clean and beautiful! It is located in West Branson which is so much quieter than the main strip and such a beautiful area! We were only a mile from SDC and a short drive to any store we needed. The drive to East Branson was pleasant as well! My only complaint would be the check in time, I believe check in "After 4:00 P.M." is a little unrealistic and unfair considering many people who might visit would arrive much earlier. We had to keep ourselves and our toddlers busy for several hours with a loaded down car. Waiting for the check in time has the potential to waste an entire day of vacation. Overall though, we had a wonderful time!

Close to SDC

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean. Mitch Estates is our favorite place to stay while in Branson. You’re surrounded by nature. It’s about five minutes from SDC.

Christmas getaway!

This place was beautiful and looked like the pictures on VRBO. We loved our quick getaway before Christmas and this place fit our needs perfectly. Thank you for the beautiful place. The Christmas lights were a neat surprise outside. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice place to stay

The location in Branson is really convenient. SDC is just down the road, the strip about 15 minutes away. This place was nice enough, but definitely older and had the bare minimum as far as amenities. The counters in the bathrooms are very low and the shower in the middle bathroom is very small with a low shower head. There is nothing wrong, just worn down and aged.

I would rent this condo again!

I mistakenly arrived a day early but the owner was accommodating as the unit was not in use. The place is in a great location and is in tip top shape. Newly renovated.
