Guest access:



Guests may use the entire home except for two locked owner closets. Parking is available for one vehicle in front of the house and two vehicles across the street. A personal vehicle is recommended; Uber availability and operating hours may vary.



Important information:



* The property is not pet-friendly.

* No kayaks are provided.

* Before docking a boat, guests must photograph the dock and send the images through Airbnb or Vrbo chat with the required dock-condition statement.

* The refrigerator’s ice maker and water dispenser are not operational.

* The home uses a septic system; only appropriate materials may be placed in toilets and drains.

* Exterior cameras monitor the entryway and driveway. There are no cameras inside.

* Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted.

* The gas grill and tanks are provided, but propane is not supplied or monitored. Refills are available at 1 West Lake Road in Branchport.

* Early check-ins and late checkouts are not available.

* Please respect the surrounding residential neighborhood.



Complimentary starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, K-cups, creamer, sugar, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and garbage bags.
