Et opphold som frister til gjentakelse
Et meget vellykket opphold på et flott hotell. Mengder av fasiliteter som vi benyttet, og en rekke andre som vi ikke brukte, men som var der. Veldig bra beliggenhet med en mildt sagt prangende fasade.

Good, but......
The hotel was very interesting and in a good location. The breakfast was very good. The bathroom situation however was NOT good. The partially frosted glass to both the toilet and shower did not provide adequate privacy and the lack of a true door to the toilet led to audible sounds from the bathroom that were unpleasant.

Prime location, great breakfast, impressive grounds, courtyard, bed would be comfortable if it wasn't for matress protection which felt too plastic, also there was a constraction going on next to the pools, so there was quiet a noise.

Hotel bastante bueno
Nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena en general!! La localización es perfecta y el edificio es precioso Las 2 piscinas también ideales Si tuviera q poner alguna pega diría que escogería otro tipo de decoración para las habitaciones(menos eclesiástica)y un poquito más de coordinación entre sus empleados:en recepción nos daban una información acerca de la utilización y horarios del comedor y los empleados del comedor nos decían otra cosa. Además que estuvimos alojados con media pensión y sigo sin entender que nos cobraran las aguas de la cena. Entiendo que es normativa del hotel pero entonces cuando coges la media pensión que detallen sin bebidas.

Seems to lack ongoing maintenance, but lovely plac
Very good experience with these two exceptions: one of th pools was closed and the area of the open pool was very minimal; the one lift to our room was out of service which met travelling with our luggage’s along a long hallway to a « service lift » and back again along the long hallway on our floor. The next morning BOTH lifts were out of service, which met carrying suitcases down the stairs!

This hotel is stunning and in the center of town! Steps to shops and restaurants. Looks like an old magical castle! Staff is friendly and hotel is super clean! Rooms were very large for a large family!
