Two bedroom luxury resort condo near AMI, pet friendly and elevator.

Welcome onto the private island of Marina Walk at One Particular Harbour! This waterfront resort is just minutes from the beautiful beaches of AMI. "Aruba Home", Unit 301 has spacious open concept living with an elegant coastal flare.

The main bedroom has a king size bed , TV and desk for those working remote. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
Your guests will have more than enough sleeping space with two queen beds. It's bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

SHORT term stays (less than 30 days): Amenities include covered parking, private resort-style heated pool, and cabana area, children's play area and splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables.

LONG term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities such as the waterfront Beach Club with private pool, hot tub and beach, fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, kayak launch and miles of walking trails.

Minimum night stay - 4 nights, maximum occupancy 5 guests. The condo is pet friendly, and conveniently located near the dog friendly Palma Sola causeway beach (you can also ride horses there!). Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

*Per the association boats, RV’s, trailers, oversized trucks and vans are not allowed in Marina Walk.
* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
