Your apartment is bright and airy. It has everything that a vacation home demands. Every comfort and convenience. Corner unit with lots of natural lighting. Seconds from fishing lakes, walking bridges and fountains, 2 heated pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and much more. Located in Shorewalk Vacation Villas near supermarkets, stores, great restaurants and minutes away from Anna Maria Island and beautiful beaches. If you’re looking for a quiet, private, relaxing space, THIS is the place for you.

Please be sure to read ALL house rules and “other things to note” below before completing your booking. Located near IMG Academy, State College of Florida, Anna Maria Island, University Park, Pirates Training Camp, Blake Medical Center, Riverwalk, Downtown Convention Center, Siesta Key and much more. This is a highly demanded waterfront condo in a charming villa in one of the safest regions of Bradenton.

You will find one King Size bed and two Single Size beds along with TVs. A private kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, and everything you need to cook your own meals. Guests will find books to read and fun board games to play.

Pleasant stay

Nice apartment in quiet area, great clubhouse and staff. Easy to get to just about anywhere from there. I really enjoyed the screened in porch in the morning.

Overall enjoyed our stay

We found the condo clean. Good communication with the owner, we felt safe in the neighborhood and the condo grounds were well-kempt. The condo itself needs updating. Kitchen has very limited cookware.

Would no rent again

Pictures on both TV's was bad, electric outlet in main bath did not work along with one in kitchen, maintenance had to be called for smoke detector batteries missing, lamp that did not work, automatic door lock that needed batteries. Maintenance was called the first day and advised TV's needed to be replace - never occured over he next 27 days. Also, minimum eating and baking utensils, only 4 towels

Shorewalk Villas are a great place to stay

The condo location was the best - first floor , close to the pools and close to several restaurants and Publix .

Girls trip

The condo is conveniently, located to grocery stores and shopping. The pools at the condo are fantastic and kept at a comfortable temperature for swimming even if the weather is cool.The condo itself is comfortable and clean. The only recommendation I have is adding a chair or love seat to the living room. The couch will hold 3 people but not comfortably. We had a wonderful time and love the proximity to Anna Maria Island.

Family Time

We came to visit my Dad, 91 and my sister and her family. We really enjoyed our stay. Place was VERY Clean, and just as pictured. Space to spread out and do some cooking too. Great little screened in porch to sit on and have coffee in the morning. Quiet, but stores, restaurants and all amenities very close by. Anna Marie Island and other sites very easy to get to. Andy and Alex were great hosts and responded very quickly to any and all questions. Looking forward to renting from them again.

Would stay again - Exellent location

Our family (2 adults + 2 teens) liked very much staying here. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Very nice and safe neighborhood. You can walk to the supermarket and have many grocery options less than 10 min away. My 12 year old son loved fishing (small fish) just steps away from the back door of the apt every morning (you can buy bait at Publix, Walmart). The unit had everything we needed including the much appreciated umbrella and chairs for the beach. Location of the apartment is excellent. For us the purpose of the trip was getting to know the area and specially the beaches, and we were able to visit different beaches every day, the nearest one being 10-15 min away. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome, just as advertised!

The owner was very quick responding to our questions. The home was beautiful and very clean. Only complaint was the low amount of face clots and dish cloths. No big deal. The living room could use an extra chair or recliner, but there was enough room for the 3 of us. The Complex was close to everything and we felt very safe. The grounds, pools, hot tubs, club house, tennis courts and everything else were clean and very well maintained. The staff and all the residents and other guests we met were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this home and would definitely rent this home again. Definitely the nicest Complex we have stayed in Florida. Thanks Andy for renting us your home.

Convenient Location

We were here for a wedding that was happening on Anna Maria Island and the location of this apartment was perfect for us and affordable. My husband, I and the kids all had enough room to comfortably stay here. We were able to easily visit the Walmart and Publix right down the road so we could prepare some meals at the apartment. Make sure you check for what you need to cook the items you're going to prepare though because we bought a breakfast pizza and cinnamon rolls and got back to realize there were no pizza pans/cookie sheets nor were there any baking dishes for cinnamon rolls. No big deal but do check before you go to the store so you don't get in a bind. It was a very quiet place and we appreciated the washer and dryer so we left after a week's vacation with clean clothes for when we got home. Andy was great to reply to any of my questions promptly and was a great host.

Great location!

This condo is in a well-maintained condo property that is close to EVERYthing! Shopping, restaurants, Bradenton Beach, etc. Our host, Andy, was friendly, available and helpful when needed. Condo is also a short walk to the pool. A lovely, quiet neighborhood for walking, with ponds and bird life. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

I brought my mother and nephew for a family vacation. We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication was quick and very responsive. It was dark and raining when we got there and we got mixed up with directions, so we called and he answered immediately and assisted us in finding the condo. Had a pretty view of the lake with ducks that came by the patio each morning. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Shopping close by like Walmart and Publix. Restaurants near by. It was quiet and nice where we were, but beach is not a far drive at all. Maybe 15 min if that. Condo is first floor with very easy access, which helped a lot being pregnant. Overall we had an excellent time and loved our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Bradenton Condo

This property was just purchased by the current owner. They have not had the opportunity to experience this unit themselves and need to spend time there themselves to know what updates and repairs are needed to make this a five star facility. All the plugs in the condo should be changed as many will not hold a plug in. The outlet in the master bath doesn’t work so we went out and bought an extension so my wife could use her hair dryer and curling iron. Not all the lights work in the kitchen. The kitchen sink is flimsy and the faucet leaks if not placed “just so”. Could not figure out how to turn on the light in the back patio, we tried all light switches but nothing turned it on. I checked the bulb and it appears to be ok. After an extensive search for a toaster I did find one in an upper cupboard above the refrigerator. Well, it also was in need of repair as there was no plug end on it. Being of an electrical background I “plugged” the bare wires into an outlet so we could make toast. This worked but needed to watch it because the sensor did not work. We burnt the first batch then knew we had to cancel it when we thought the toast was ready. I communicated most of these items to the owner and he appreciated my feedback. I told him with some updates and repairs he could have a nice condo. I wished him the best of luck.
