HOUSE RULES:

- ID to be provided upon request.

- No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please.

- No check-ins or check-outs allowed on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.

- Only the person that booked the reservation will be allowed to check-in and you must have a valid working phone number. Guest who books the property must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

- Safety in and around the pool is sole responsibility of guests while you are here. Children should never be left unattended while in or around the pool area.

- Max number of guests allowed at the property is 12. Max of 8 adults.

- Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet time is 10 pm. No rowdy/noisy parties allowed. If you are looking for a house to party at, this is not the house. NO FIREWORKS.

- 4 cars max at the home at all times - please park on the driveway. No street parking is allowed.

- Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis and must be disclosed prior to booking due to insurance guidelines. There is an additional $150 fee for pets. No pets on furniture, beds or in the pool please. All pet waste must be cleaned up prior to check out. Pets must be kenneled whenever you leave the house.

- No smoking allowed inside! Smoking fee of $200 per day of your stay will be applied should we find out that you smoked in the home. No vaping or drug use allowed while on property, inside or out.

- Violation of house rules are grounds for terms of the rental to be terminated & visitors will be asked to leave without reimbursement for any portion of their reservation.
