Gulf View Cottage #3 is a delightful, tastefully decorated getaway in beautiful Bradenton Beach. Inside, prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen. Dine together at the pub table for four where you can also play board games when the weather takes a turn. This home also features outdoor seating and even a table with an umbrella for al fresco dining or just to sit back and catch the sunset.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico right outside your front door. Walk across the road to hit the beach, or head down to Coquina Public Beach, just a quarter-mile away. For shopping and dining, scenic Bridge Street is only a half-mile north. Take a trip up to Bradenton Beach via the free Anna Maria Island Trolley and then cross the bridge to discover additional restaurants and shops over in the historic fishing village of Cortez, all about a mile-and-a-half away. This vacation rental is also just a short drive from St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota for additional shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Things to know:
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Absolute perfect condo, the location, the size, all perfect. There is a trolley stop right in front of the property which is a free service & will take you from one end of the island to the other. Close to Bridge Street. The beach is right across a 2 lane road. The condo was spotless. I can’t say enough good things about it! We would defiantly stay here again!

Never again

We were unable to reach the rental unit on our first night due to an island closure and Vacasa refused to give us a refund. Offered another night rental within 30 days but since we are from out of state that was not an option for us. Also, when we were able to gain access to the property the next day, there were a couple things I texted Vacasa about and although they answered the texts immediately with "someone will get back to you", they never got back to us at all. Not a good way to run a business. Regarding the unit itself, location was fabulous and it was very cute and clean although slightly outdated, but had everything you would need except the TV was not working properly. We loved the place and would love to go back, but not as long as it is being managed by Vacasa.

Ok except for owner lives next door

We love Anna Maria island so we went for our honeymoon weekend. The house is in a GREAT location. Other reviewers are correct though the house is older and things are just old and almost broken. If you are just looking for a place to sleep after day events I think this is perfect. The only issue is apparently the owner lives next door with her husband and deaf dog. We think they came just to watch whoever was staying for the weekend but she was drunk the first the day we meet her and was rude. Thought we were having a party when our family came to visit the day after we just had a wedding and also since it’s literally right across the street from the beach. She called vrbo to report us having a party when that wasn’t even close to the case. For that I can’t say I would give this 5 stars. It also felt racist since I’m black and my husband is white and she was extremely friendly with him until I walked up on them to her apologizing to him. She had been extremely rude to us before she knew we were her guests for the weekend when we came a bit early to see where we were located and hoping to possibly get an early check in. My first time using VRBO and it will be my last.

Disappointed with property manager

We had an issue with our beach equipment. I contacted Vacasa and was told the property manager would call me. We never heard from her at all. I have never had that issue when booking with other sites.

Location was great but the house needs a major overhaul. E

Everything is really old or broken (chairs were all broken on porch). Dirty dishes in the cupboards and panini maker had old food in it. Also never left any dish soap. There are two rugs in main area because a different renter thought the one was too dirty so bought a new one and put it over top😬. Not a good rental but could be of the owner cares about her renters.

nice place by the beach

Nice clean place by the beach. Everything was good. For some reason the person cottage to the park in the cottage. Three parking. No big deal but thought I’d mention that. Kitchen cabinets could use updating. Could use a tea kettle. Everything nice though.

The location is great, but the place could use some minor updating and re-decorating. We had a 10am checkout time, but the cleaning lady walks in unannounced at 9:30am while we aren’t dressed! Called Vacasa to complain, no response.

Abgewohnte Unterkunft, Check in eine Katastrophe

Keinen Code für die Türe erhalten, auch nicht von der Eigentümerin die vor Ort war. Abgewohnte, alte Unterkunft mit angeblichem Meerblick, da die Jalousie seit Wochen defekt ist, auch kein Meerblick! Totale Enttäuschung, nie wieder!

Excellent Location

Beautifully maintained property. Perfect location to watch the amazing sunsets right from the front patio. Literally steps from the beach. 0.5 mile walk to Bridge St where you find restaurants, bars, shops etc. We were basically out from sunrise to sunset. The apartment was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful location
