This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features a family-friendly, single-story floorplan with great areas for togetherness, as well as comfortable spots for private retreat. The main living area includes a game nook with a rustic, custom chess table and ‘treasure chest’ loaded with puzzles and games for all ages. Conveniently and centrally located is the kitchen and dining area. Outfitted with all your culinary needs, including specialty items such as low country boil pot, Croc-pot, ice cream machine and fondue kit. The kitchen has two counter stools and immediately adjacent is the large dining table. The family room offers ample comfortable seating, including sectional sofa, club chairs and a large smart tv.
Off the family room is a generous screened-in porch overlooking the lake, a perfect spot for a quiet cup of coffee, daytime reading, happy-hour cocktails, or enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Beyond the screened porch is a deck with outdoor dining table, a pair of rocking chairs and gas grill.

Outside, in addition to fun around the firepit, there is also a cornhole set, kayaks, oasis mat, and noodles to keep everyone entertained. Water at the dock is 11 ft deep, perfect for jumping and swimming. Don’t forget your fishing rods and tackle, or even better, your boat! There is a spot for your boat (or you can rent one from one of the local marinas) at the private boat dock. The neighborhood slip is just around the corner from house. The home is at the end of a private drive and has a large paved parking pad that can easily fit 5+cars.

***Please note, there are many stairs on the way to the dock. The walkway offers areas to rest as needed, but please know that anyone with walking restrictions or limitations may have a difficult time getting down to the dock.
The community dock is only 2 minutes boat ride and could be used to pick up and drop off a mobility limited guest.
