«We had a wonderful stay at Inn at the Falls in Bracebridge, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The property has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere, and the Muskoka River view from our room made the experience even more special. The room was lovely, and the surroundings were perfect for a romantic getaway. We really enjoyed our time here and created some beautiful memories together. Thank you for being part of such a special occasion. I would definitely recommend ...

«If you're thinking of staying here, don't. Rooms are dirty and in need of updating. Floors including the shower are all soft and the place smells bad. The bed was the most uncomfortable ..not a good sleep. Was so glad when morning arrived so we could leave. Terrible experience for the ridiculous price we paid...»

«Loved this new hotel. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy.
Staff at front desk was great very helpful and sweet.
Only thing was the noise we heard constantly in the walls. We were beside the stairwell and the sound I thought was motor cycle but it turns out to be the elevator. Every few minutes I would hear the motor and it was down the hall from us. After a while I got used to it. But it was like an adventure to figure out where it was coming from. Odd for a new hotel to have its ...

«I wanted to enjoy our stay here but unfortunately the lack of customer service had a dramatic impact on our stay. We were excited to use the hot tub (myself and my two children). No one was outside so I figured it would be a good time to go down so the kids didn’t bug anyone. The hot tub was at 78 degrees. It was freezing. So we left and went back home to the room. I called the staff about 15 times with no answer to turn up the hot tub. We left the lid open in the hopes we would be back down ...
