Welcome to our charming downtown Casita—a 3-bedroom retreat with a unique western-vintage style, tucked into the historic Cooper Park neighborhood in the heart of Bozeman. The lower unit of a beautifully preserved 1932 home, the Casita offers a private, character-filled stay just steps from everything that makes downtown Bozeman special. You'll be a 5-minute walk from Main Street and a short drive from Bridger Bowl, Hyalite Canyon, the Madison River, and countless other outdoor escapes. Cared for by Erin, a Superhost, your stay is sure to be a memorable one.
The Space:
This private space includes 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa couch and gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a large fenced-in backyard. Guests enjoy access to parking in the driveway as well as free street parking. Just down the street, you'll find Cooper Park, scenic green spaces, and nature trails, while delicious breakfast, lunch, and coffee spots — and a laundromat — are all within a 2-minute walk.
What's Included:
Guests will have access to the entire lower unit of the home, the backyard, the front yard, and the driveway and parking area.
Please Read Before Booking:
While you'll have the entire downstairs unit to yourself, please note that the upstairs unit may be rented separately to other guests during your stay. The two units are completely separated by a dead-bolted door and each has its own private entrance. The yard is the only shared space — a lovely opportunity to meet fellow travelers if you'd like.
In the spirit of full transparency: this is an older home (built in 1932), and the floors and walls are not soundproof, so you may occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above. To ensure a restful night's sleep, we provide a sound machine in every bedroom.
Pet Policy:
Dogs are warmly welcomed (no cats, please — we're allergic!). We allow up to two dogs per booking, and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 per pet is due at the time of booking. This policy applies to service animals as well.
Accessibility:
As a historic home with stairs, our property is unfortunately not equipped to accommodate guests with mobility needs or wheelchairs.
We can't wait to welcome you to the Casita!
