Located in the beautiful Boyne Mountain Edelweiss Community, this amazing 4-bedroom ski-in/ski-out home with a private hot tub is just steps away from the trail leading to the Alpine Chairlift. As you walk into the home, the main floor consists of an open kitchen and living area with two doors leading out to two separate back porches for you to enjoy the views. The living room has a dining table that seats five as well as a big screen tv that sits above the gas fireplace. Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom which leads you into the king master bedroom. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Around the corner from the kitchen are stairs that lead you to the lower level. You will immediately walk into another living area. Three additional bedrooms are on this level as well as two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms have king beds and the other has a twin over king bunk-bed.
In the backyard you will find a fire-pit snugged right up against the hill. After a long day on the slopes come back utilize the ski rack and boot dryers in the garage, and stay and soak in the winter ambiance from the brand NEW hot tub!! This property is the perfect getaway for anyone! And don't forget to bring your furry friend! This home is also pet-friendly! There will be a Non-Refundable Pet fee, charged separately if booked through a 3rd party.

Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
