The home's main level features an inviting open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a comfortable gathering space for family and friends. The primary suite offers a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while a loft area above the suite includes two twin beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. A convenient half bath and access to the outdoor deck complete the main level. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom that offers ensuite access from one bedroom and hallway access for the other.

Outside, you'll find a spacious fire pit area perfect for evening gatherings and making memories. Plans are underway to add a hot tub before the upcoming winter season, making Toasted Marshmallow an even more appealing year-round getaway. The heated garage is a dream for winter sports enthusiasts, offering plenty of room for snowmobile storage, hooks for winter gear, and heated boot and glove dryers. While we make every effort to have the driveway plowed, sanded, and salted during the winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle and winter tires may be necessary during snowy conditions.

Located within the peaceful Springbrook Hills community, guests have access to a variety of amenities, including a community pond, small beach area, catch-and-release fishing, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, basketball court, volleyball area, and children's swing set. These amenities are located just a short walk from the home and provide fun for guests of all ages.

Downtown Boyne City is just a short drive away and is filled with charming boutiques, local restaurants, and year-round events. During the summer months, be sure to experience Stroll the Streets, a beloved weekly event featuring live music, entertainment, cotton candy, and activities for children. Boyne City is also known for hosting one of the nation's most celebrated Fourth of July festivities, earning recognition from Good Morning America, USA Today, the Travel Channel, and Reader's Digest.
