«I want to express my dissatisfaction with the housekeeping services during my recent stay at Red Roof In Buffalo.
Initially, on the third day of our stay, the housekeeping staff collected the garbage, replaced the towels, and replenished the toilet paper. However, for the remainder of our 16-day stay, we did not receive any further housekeeping services unless we explicitly requested them. «I love the Clarence Inn! Everything is always clean and ready for me. I was in the process of moving to the area and had stayed there many times before my move. Maria was always so sweet and helpful. It's not fancy, but very clean and a great location. I love the fact that it is local.»
