It features a beautiful, vintage-style shower room (completely separate with toilet), and you will be given your building entrance keys and your studio key. Amenities include TV and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, this studio is not suitable for smokers or people with reduced mobility, as this lovely "loft studio" is located on the 2nd floor under a beautifully converted attic space, overlooking the second main square of the renowned Sancoins market, "Place du Commerce." The "loft studio" is well-equipped for 4 people, and the decor is particularly pleasant for a wonderful stay or holiday. The advantages of this rental are clearly its central village location, with free parking and a market every Wednesday morning. It's 500 meters from a Bi1 (Auchan) supermarket with a gas station, 500 meters from another Netto hypermarket, and also 500 meters from another Intermarché hypermarket (with a gas station). There's also a large Bricomarché DIY store. Within 500 meters, you'll find a full medical practice with nurses, doctors, dentists, and an emergency room, and 700 meters away. Two pharmacies are just 200 meters from the studio. A bakery is located downstairs, and directly across the street, there's a homemade pizza place, a PMU bar, and a restaurant. A little further on, in the other square, you'll find four more restaurants, all within walking distance. The indoor swimming pool is 700 meters away, the post office is about 100 meters away, and the municipal police station and gendarmerie are 50 meters away. At 500m, Sancoins is about 35 minutes from the very beautiful city of Nevers in the Nièvre, the Magny cours circuit is 15 minutes away, about forty minutes from Moulins in the Allier and 45 minutes from Bourges in the Cher.
