«We had a great stay at The Mousetrap Inn. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was perfect. It is located just outside the center of the village, Burton-on-the-water, which is good as the center becomes very busy during weekends. The Mousetrap Inn has great access to hikes to neighboring villages. Recommended.»

«We loved this home! It has so much charm. It is old, yet was updated in a way that doesn’t change the vibe. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed the goodie bag! I wish we could have stayed longer. »

«Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update.
Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book.
Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. »

«This is wonderful place to stay. The photos don't do the size of the rooms justice. Very comfortably furnished with thoughtful touches from the host. Thank you particularly for the toys that kept our little ones busy over Christmas. Will keep this place in mind next time we want to stay near the village.»

«Two days in this lovely place was not long enough. The cottage is very well equipped and the furnishings are of a very high standard. An easy walk into the Main Street of Bourton-on-the-Water. We will definitely book again, we wanted warmer weather in order to enjoy the pretty outside space.
The key is in a lock box - check again with the owner before arriving as we stood on the pouring rain trying to access the key, only to eventually discover we had not been given the correct code!
