Cap Nature - Studio - Le Chant des Oiseaux

In this independent studio opening directly onto a private terrace not overlooked, you will feel like you are in the middle of nature while you are at the gates of Périgueux.<br><br>The cottage includes:<br>- a living room with double bed, a desk and a flat-screen TV<br>- An equipped kitchen area<br>- A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower<br><br>Bed linen, towels, and wifi included<br><br>A travel cot and a baby bath can be provided if required. <br>The studio is non-smoking. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of 20 euros.<br>Possibility to rent the adjacent chalet, for a total of 11 beds.<br><br>Check-in is from 4-5pm and check-out before 11am. However, it is possible to arrange to arrive earlier or leave later if no other booking is impacted.<br>Arrivals are done independently with a key box.<br>In case of problems, don't worry, we are available by WHATSAPP 7 days a week on long time slots!<br><br>Access to the accommodation by vehicle, bike or on foot (no buses nearby)<br>Périgueux is a town accessible by train (TER), bus, car, bike or hiking trails.<br>Free private parking on site.<br><br>Nearby tourist places: Périgueux: St Front Cathedral, Byzantine style, Vesuna Gallo-Roman museum; Brantôme, Lascaux caves, Proumeyssac chasm, Hautefort castles, Beynac, Puyguilhem, Sarlat, Domme (medieval village), Bergerac, Montbazillac, Brantome, Les Eyzies...
