  • La Soliniere consists of 4 gîtes: La Rosairie (max. 2 people), Le Colombier (max. 4 people), La Marroniere (max. 6 people) and La Maison du Jardin (max. 12 people) leaving it to 24 people. Additional number of guests up to 12 persons can be accommodated at additional costs.

    Together, the domaine can comfortably accommodate up to 36 guests, with flexible configurations allowing us to host groups from 24 to 36 guests. Please contact us to discuss the arrangement best suited to your group.

    La Soliniere is a large house and outbuildings arranged around a secure central courtyard. There is a large park area spanning an impressive 1.25 hectares (3.10 acres) accessed through wrought iron gates. Set in the park is a small lake with ducks, fishes and turtles.

    The Courtyard: This stunning Charentaise-style courtyard forms the heart of the domain, centred around a beautiful stone fountain. Large heavy wooden gates lead to the road, while ornate metal gates under a stone arch provide access to the main driveway. The courtyard offers access to the grounds, pool, and pétanque court, with stone planting troughs.

    Swimming Pool - A security-fenced and gated swimming pool patio area surrounds the freshwater heated pool (9m x 4m / 36.00m²).

    Our beautifully renovated barn is available for weddings, celebrations, conferences, retreats, and indoor events. Rental of the barn is separate from accommodation bookings. Please contact us for availability and pricing (under renovation).

    The base rate is for 22 people and 10 bedrooms.

Belle location dans un parc agréable

La propriété est constituée de plusieurs gites situés côte-à-côte comme décrit sur l’annonce. Pour un usage en commun, il nous a suffi de mutualiser les différents équipements (cuisine, …) sans problème pour prendre nos repas ensemble (en deux tables voisines). Les propriétaires habitant sur place sont disponibles si nécessaire, mais restent discrets. La propriété est dans un parc spacieux, agréablement aménagé et calme (on n’entend pas la route). La piscine n’est pas très grande, mais est chauffée, utile pour un été comme cette année ! Ça ne nous a pas gênés, mais nous suggérons aux propriétaires d’installer un ou deux répéteurs WiFi pour que celui-ci soit réellement disponibles dans l’ensemble des gites. En conclusion, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.
