The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 75 m² one-storey house in Bouin, 500 m from the port, which can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m².

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with a single sofa bed and TV
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, food processor, etc.
- Bedroom 1: electric double bed (140×190), with cot and en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and WC
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a bunk bed
- Utility room with separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden surrounded by salt marshes and a 35 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Bouin, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Bouin marsh and dyke loop, discover the oyster huts, the Pointe des Poloux and the vast expanses of the Marais Breton Vendéen.
- Hiking and cycling, explore the typical landscapes of the region, between salt marshes, dykes and picturesque harbours
- Explore the island of Noirmoutier, with its wild beaches, bike rides, local specialities and authentic charm, 35 minutes away by car.
- Nantes, a 45-minute drive away, a vibrant city where history, art and imagination meet in the heart of a living and astonishing heritage.

Transport links :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the spaces in the courtyard on the north side of the house.

- Nearest train station: Bourgneuf-en-Retz station, an 11-minute drive away.
- Nearest airport: Nantes-Atlantique airport, 43 minutes by car
