The owners live in a nearby house. They have two Belgian Malinois dogs; you might occasionally hear them barking. Nearby: The Green Way (2km), a 27km cycle path around Craon, ideal for walking, cycling or running in peace and quiet - Craon Castle (5km), an 18th-century castle with a French-style garden - Robert Tatin Museum (19km), a museum and art sculpture park, La Rincerie with its Wakepark (9km), a leisure center for everyone with kayaking, archery, windsurfing...).

The pool is shared with the owners; access is via their courtyard (swimming times to be arranged with the owners). The pool measures 4x10m and is 1.50m deep. Open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Temperature: minimum 25°C in May, approximately 30 to 32°C in summer.
