«Kunne vært mer rent på rommene og frokosten er ikke slik man tenker hotell frokost skal være.
Ålreite folk som jobber der, nattvakten Vee var kjempe fantastisk.
Synd at de ikke klarer å møte på ønsker av rom når man bestiller måneder i forveien. Veldig negativ syns vi.»

«Stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Braintree.
A good and comfortable hotel overall. The room had a well-equipped kitchen, which was a big advantage, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel offers solid basic facilities, and it was nice to have coffee and water easily available. Breakfast was decent and worked well to start the day.
The area around the hotel is also a plus, with good opportunities for walking and running, making it easy to stay active.
The main downside is the distance ...

«I stayed at the Best western Braintree Inn and encountered a very unpleasant, unprofessional and hasty experience from one employee in particular. From the moment I checked in the woman at the front named Dana was extremely rude, and contributed to an absolutely unpleasant and unwelcoming experience during my entire stay. I was not provided with Dana's last name but Dana went out of her way to ensure I had an undesirable experience here at the best western in Braintree and she even went as far ...

«Booked two nights with breakfast. Very good service at check in, but when we were going to have breakfast next morning the man at breakfast refused us breakfast. In a VERY rude manner! We asked him to check with colleagues. After discussions amongst them, we got breakfast. But, have NEVER experienced anything like it!! Will never stay there again!!! »
