I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay at our property. I will have our maintenance verify the ventilation and shower in your room for the next guests to ensure that everything is working properly. I'm sorry the keys were a disappointment, most guests find them charming and it ensures that our door locks never run out of batteries in the middle of your stay. I hope you enjoyed discovering Boston nevertheless and we hope to see you in the future so we can do better!

This is simply false. We change all linens and towels between every guest. I do want to point out we do not use a commercial iron to remove any small wrinkles that may occur before our staff can fold the laundry. This helps save lots of the power(energy/electricity) that would be used to needlessly iron freshly laundered sheets.

Our on-site restaurant has coffee and hot water available and the front desk staff is always able to warm something up in the microwave when requested, but I understand it is not the same convenience as having those items in the room.
