Very friendly helpful office staff. Our first room we were offered had strong smell of mothballs but they quickly offered an alternate room.

Depending on where you're coming from, just know that Boston properties tend to be small (and valuable). Our stay was in a neat little neighborhood. Room was a solid value. Would stay again.

The property is very old and, therefore, shouldn’t be booked by anyone who can’t do very narrow/steep staircases to 3rd floor.

This was a great space in the city, with a country feel. There was a nice patio you could sit on and watch the birds, squirrels and rabbits of the city. I would certainly stay again. It was a little small with 4 people, but definitely enough space for us and plenty of towels!

Very accommodating! Even let us check into a room earlier than check in time, as we arrived in town earlier in the morning. Very conveniently located to school, restaurants and shops. A lovely stay!

I stayed at the Copley House whenever I go to Boston. I truly enjoy my stay there and the convenience to everywhere in Boston. There are so many shopping, dining, historical, entertainment options all within walking distance. The location is quite safe, as well.

Je mets une note globale de 2/5 car les 2 chambres n’étaient pas très propres ( draps froissés , cheveux dans le lit et sur les murs de la salle de bain,poussieres ) , beaucoup de dysfonctionnement ( machine à café , télé, lampe de chevet ) j’ai été placé en dessous de l’escalier c’était horrible pour dormir j’entendais tout les aller et venus à l’étage … les seuls points positifs et que nous avons été très bien accueillis et les lits sont confortables. Dommage cet établissement a du potentiel j’ai été déçue.

Staying in a Brownstowne property is worlds better than an impersonal, commercial property. The Copley House was lovely and we will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

This is a beautiful spot for short stays, or i am sure it would be well suited for longer terms as well. Service was great, very friendly, and helped me locate the building even as a new travel area. I will definitely be staying on my future trips 😁

What a find! We have been going to Boston for years, and we've always stayed at hotels. Now that Boston hotels think it's normal to charge close to $400 for a small room and parking for one night, we decided to look for other options. The Copley House was great! The front desk staff was wonderful! We chose a small room, but it was perfect for the two of us. Comfortable bed, clean kitchenette, a window that actually opens, and a beautiful neighborhood are what you get - not to mention easy parking (if you get there in time). We definitely will stay again.

If you want to stay in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Boston than look no further! An absolutely perfect location if you're exploring Back Bay or the South End. One block from The Pru and smack dab between two T stations.

チェックインするフロントと実際泊まる部屋の場所が違い、離れているので最初は少し戸惑いますが、車で送り迎えもしてくれるし、地図ももらえるし慣れれば大丈夫です。 フロントが夜9時で締まるので、時間の余裕を持ってチェックインした方がいいかもしれません。 スタッフさんは皆とても親切でした。 ボストンのゲストハウスらしく、素敵な歴史ある建築物に、快適なお部屋でとてもくつろげます。普通の家にいるような感覚で、私は普通のホテルよりずっとずっと好きです。 キッチンが付いている部屋でした。料理はしないと思いましたが、物価が高く円安なので、テイクアウトや持ち帰りの食事を温めたり、結構便利でした。 シャワールームとトイレは狭いですが、シャワーもまあまあ使えました。（アメリカのこの手の設備と、日本のビジネスホテルと比較してはいけないですね） ボストン交響楽団BPOのホールまで歩いて数分だし、フェンウェイスタジアムにもボストン美術館にもNewberryにも歩ける距離なので、また機会があれば泊まりたいです。 とてもオススメです！

Great location and easy walk to shopping and public transportation. The only cons is the noisy when others use the bathroom at night.
