The hotel needs a refurbishment. The rooms are clean, but very dated. The shower was not up to modern standards. Hotel staff were helpful and polite.

Property looked nice, Room had gnats. Thought it was one or two but they kept coming. On second night received a phone call at 8pm asking if I had vacated the room, as my belongings were still there. I explained my reservation was for 3 nights not 1. When I returned Saturday night my keys did not work they had been reprogrammed. Upon checking out clerk required verification of Expedia receipt for proof of payment.

Check in was fantastic. But it was a sleepless night. When I got in the bed I felt like there was a mosquito in the room as something was making me itchy. After looking around I realized there were gnats flying around in the room and in the bathroom. I also spotted two carpenter ants on the wall. This hotel is ripe for a renovation. The decor is dated and tired (dark rugs, scuff marks on paint, broken door handle, air con loud and humid). There was a strong odor of industrial cleaning product that permeated the whole establishment. The breakfast was the saving grace - full breakfast incl. eggs and sausages.

Great experience at the Comfort Inn near Boston
We stayed at the Comfort Inn for 3 nights, while working in Hingham MA. The room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast, which was included, was great and the service staff was very helpful and attentive. Another great plus was a fantastic restaurant within walking distance. (It is a sports bar. )The food was delicious & the prices were exceptionally reasonable.

Check in was a pleasant experience. The breakfast was highly recommended. After entering the room I found that the window was completely unlocked! When I arrived at breakfast in the morning the eggs were very watery for scrambled eggs and other hot food was cold. My family member was in an adjoining room. When the adjoining door was opened it came completely off the frame. There were people putting rocks in the door to keep it open and were laying in the back entryway. Lastly there was a dog barking most of the night.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The property wasn't terrible, but it definitely could be updated in a few areas. There was a musty smell in both rooms I booked and I woke up with a sore throat both nights I was there. I know it was the room, because throughout the day my throat was fine, it only felt that way when I woke up in the mornings. There's a good chance there's some mold growing somewhere in the rooms.

The room stunk like old marijuana smoke when we checked in, the window was open and screen broken at check in. We found out later in the night that the bathroom sink didnt drain. There was also poorly patched holes in the walls from where Im assuming photos had been previously hung. All told the place just felt really seedy because of all this, not worth what we paid for one nights stay.
