The wedge salad we ordered was unedible. We should have given it back to kitchen. I'm not sure about cleanliness of sheets and when i 1st entered room it smelled very musty. I opened small window to air out room. Phone service was terrible at first, no one answered the phone on 3 calls. Toilet seat was loose. Everything else we loved!

The facility was clean. Only one elevator worked, but that was not a problem. The refrigerator in the room stopped cooling on day 2. The beds were comfortable. The staff was highly accommodating and helpful.

Property was nice and clean. Bar and restaurant were understaffed for customer service. Food was good but management did not provide clarity on breakfast. No continental breakfast was provided, only coffee. As a result. Getting a cup of coffee and bulk cooked scrambled eggs came with a bill for $26.
