«I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so ...

«This was a quiet stay in an older hotel with character and charm. It was close to Branson without having to drive thru the traffic. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. My husband and I stayed for a 2 night quick weekend trip. John at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, 2 breweries, coffee shop and ice cream is all within a short walk within the block. »

«The room was amazing clean and very nice. The staff was so nice. Parking was convenient. We didn’t use the pool or anything like that but we saw people enjoying the basketball court and mini golf. There was a convenient store right next to the building we stayed in. »

«This Hilton is not up to “Hilton” standards. The first room we were put in was covered in dust. It looked like it had been vacant and not cleaned for weeks. They were able to move us to another room, but it was still not clean and dusty. Renovations are starting at the property to update it. The valet service was top notch and they deserve a 5 star review. »

«This is just an old, cheap motel partially refurbished, like most are nowadays. The room was nice and clean, and everything worked as it should. We have to request that they clean the room, but they did. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel in this category. For a simple, economical stay, it works. The bed was horrible, it sank like 4 inches in the center and gave me a back pain. Location is pretty convenient for most attractions without the traffic of the main drag. »
