Great service desk, very helpful at breakfast. Great breakfast spread with options for adults and kids! About the only thing we had to ask for was sheets for the pullout bed. And the nice lady told us if thete wasnt any in the closet to let her know.

Amazing stay! Also a big shoutout to the Frobenius desk clerk & her supervisor-Jessica. A mistake was made with checking in. However , after 1 call , they were able to resolve it. The professionalism , courtesy , & customer service was beyond EXCEPTIONAL! They even called back to confirm it was resolved. I travel a lot and book a lot of hotels. Everyone doesn’t care about the customers and their experiences. But that is not the case here. I will definitely be booking again and also referring others as well. Thanks again ❤️

When we arrived at 4:30 pm our room was not clean. You are told 3 pm is check in you should be able to definitely check in at 4:30pm. Then we come in from the our concert and the night guy is rude. He has an attitude about having to get us a blanket for the pull out couch. Then the one we get is still wet. So we have to go back down to get another one.

Its good they are renovating some of the areas. The place is a bit run down looking. It's also the first place where I ever had to complain that the water was too hot and you couldn't turn it down. We also had a maintenance issue, the toilet overflowed. My issue is that they didn't clean up the mess once that work was done.

Our family of 5 stayed here for a Thanksgiving visit to see family. Our first room had stained carpets and couch, but otherwise clean. The next morning we found the shower didn’t work. Staff was very helpful and got us a new room. Similar level of cleanliness. In the new room, the doors weren’t level and were hard to close and tub bottom was very worn. Indoor pool is also “closed for maintenance”, but doesn’t appear to be a short term issue. This was a deciding factor in our stay so would have been nice to know.

Title: **A Nightmare Stay: Nothing Like the Advertised Pictures** I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel in Bossier that was far from what I expected based on the pictures provided online. My initial impression was that I had stumbled upon a practical joke, as the actual condition of the room bore no resemblance to the well-maintained spaces depicted in the pictures. It was a shocking disappointment. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by an atmosphere of deterioration and neglect. The bathroom, in particular, was a disaster. Loose tiles covered the floor, and I even had to take a video to document the extent of the disrepair. These tiles were so precarious that I could easily pick them off the floor. This level of neglect is not only unacceptable but also a safety hazard for guests. Furthermore, the door of the room was inoperable. It simply would not close, leaving me feeling vulnerable and unsafe throughout my stay. To ensure my security, I had no choice but to sleep close to the door, fearing that someone might attempt to enter the room during the night. What added to my frustration was the fact that the pictures provided during booking were not representative of the actual state of the hotel. The images portrayed an entirely different location, akin to the well-maintained hotels I've encountered in the Dallas area. However, this was not the case in Bossier. Not what I expected
I waited in line to be checked in. An older lady was checking in with Jessica at the counter two other clerks were talking then a man walks in & they check him in despite me standing there. I didn’t make a big deal just continued to wait. Finally, checked in and found pieces of trash on the floor in the room, and the only washcloth that was in the room was on the floor. Aside from the things I’ve mentioned the room was spacious.

Dirty towels in the closet. Tooth floss pick on the floor and a water bug crawling up the wall. The lady at the front desk took 20 minutes to get us checked in.
