Hoteller nær Bosco della Ficuzza naturreservat

"Fantastisk hotell med fin beliggenhet. Rommet var i veldig god tilstand, god rengjøring og god trykk i dusjen. Personalet var kjempehyggelig og service var på toppen."

"Maybe off season in late October...? But a big disapprovement. Both mine and the hotel's phone numbers provided by Hotels.com were wrong so no communication and when i came late to the hotel because of lost luggage it was closed in the dark and the entrance so discrete in the dark that even the locals helping me had a hard time finding it. No way to get in then, no doorbell and no(working) telephone number. Got in because of other guests arriving.Then nobody inside either. Found another number lying at the desk and called. Then finally a guy arrived. Simple room with no internal bath - mine across the hall . The day after i was told to trust him that the lost luggage would be received in spite of him running TWO hotels at the same time and he or anyone else rarely to be seen during the day. I took no risk, waited nearby all day instead of enjoying the city and when the luggage arrived nobody at the hotel responded at the door - as i imagined! So i picked it up myself. Why Lonely Planet recommend this hotel i do not understand. Looked cool in he pictures (of course), in reality just very simple. Not expensive but the level of communication and lack of presence of the staff was very impractical. And It's almost hidden and hard to find, especially in in the dark. Guy working there was nice but not in control of things. Not recommended! "

"Fantastisk personale, bassengområde, frokost var helt unik. Man må ha en natt, men helst flere der en gang i livet. Enkelt å komme seg til/fra tog/flyplass, de gjorde sitt beste for at alle i reisefølge skulle føle seg sett. 10 av 10 til hotellet med personalet. "

"Dårlig frokost med lite valgmuligheter, traktekaffe eller varmt tevann. Gamle møbler på rommet og dårlig lydisolering. Personalet var stort sett vennlige, men hilste sjelden god morgen med et smil."

"The hotel is situated near the harbour. Not a nice place. It is very old and not well kept. Hotels.com should tell guests that the hotel is under renovation. The AC did not work. Therefore no sleep. The room was full of uncomfortable paint fumes due to the ongoing work. All this was mentioned to the staff but they could only apologise. Don’t stay here!!!"
