It offers modern comforts, a beautiful living space, and the charm of stone shaped by centuries. Detached and with a private, secluded garden, it is located in the small hamlet of Pechmezel, where the owners live.
The peaceful setting, ideally located, allows you to relax in the cool shade of the old stone walls and to visit all the major sites of the Périgord Noir, the Lot, and the Corrèze regions within a forty-minute radius. The hiking trail accessible from the hamlet also allows you to discover the landscape and architectural heritage of this unspoiled environment.
