"Rummet var jättefint och stort, vi hade en stor terrass med sittmöbler. Det ända negativa vi upplevde var personalen på takbaren. Flera anställda som bara stod, en pillade på kvitton, en annan sprang tomhänt ut och in. En äldre man satt med en pc, och en bartender. Det var knappt några gäster, men ändå fick vi stå och vänta på ingenting. Efter 5-7 minuter utan att ha fått hjälp gick vi. "

"We really loved this solution for a family visit to a place like Florence, where we wanted to visit the Renaissance sites and see the art but also entertain the children. On our three-week trip around mainland Europe, this was the best stay for our kids. We were fortunate to get warm, sunny weather and they were able to enjoy the pool. Our cabin (or whatever it's called) was amazingly clean when we arrived and was perfect for us as a family of four. We ate at the restaurant once and it was good."
