Muy buen hotel, limpio, moderno y cómodo. Desayuno muy rico y completo, todo estupendo. Ambiente tranquilo y a 10 min del centro andando. Perfecto, para repetir!!!

Un privilège moins bien que chez soi
La chambre privilège ne présente pas grand intérêt. Nous étions dans une chambre en étage intermédiaire, plutôt sombre, donnant sur une vue quelconque pour ne pas dire laide. Mais sur ce point, ce n’est pas dû à l’hôtel mais au quartier en lui même. La literie était inconfortable (matelas sans soutien et oreillers durs). Bref moins bien quand la maison.

Bordeaux i weekenden.
Hotellet lå godt i udkanten af Bordeaux centrum, hvilket betød at der var roligt om natten. Der var en god bar på hotellet. Hotellet må siges at være temmelig slidt. Der var ingen løbebånd i motionsrummet. God value for money.

Disappointing
Not a hotel we would use again. On arrival you enter the bar - there is no reception area and the 'receptionist' sits at a little round table with a laptop computer. No sense of welcome from either the receptionist nor the environment. Our keys were given to us from a cupboard behind the wall and they did not work when we had arrived at our room on the 7th floor. We had to go back to the receptionist who very rudely told us we were not using them properly. Having recognised that they had not been programmed correctly we were given fresh keys to the room. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was both a kettle and a nespresso coffee maker in the room, as well as a fridge (empty) and a safe. Despite the fact that the room was adequate we were not made to feel welcome at all.

What is up with the reception area at Mercure hotels in general? This time we are checking in at a bar. Just 2 coffee tables and a laptop, friendly girls but just looks unprofessional and cheap.

주요 관광지는 와인 박물관 빼고 걸어다닐 수 있습니아. 특히 투어 모임 장소인 투어리스트 오피스 걸어서 가요. 힘들때마다 중간중간 쉬면서 잘구경했어요. 근처 맛집하고 마트도 안내해줘서 잘 이용했습니다. 시설은 아주 새거는 아니지만 적당히 깨끗하고 괜찮았어요.

Just 15 minutes from downtown. Very easy if you arrive by car. Our room was good, breakfast too. It is unacceptable that they don't have an umbrella for their guests.
