Best value for money of the higher tier hotels!
We stayed here for 3 weeks in the beach view room. The room was spacious, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything was very clean, and housekeeping was very good. You can sit on the balcony and watch fantastic sunsets, or if the weather is bad you can spend the day in the room, as the bed is great and there is a big TV. Everything in the mini-bar is complementary, which we felt was very generous. The hotel also has a small shop for simple snacks and drinks. Room-service is provided at no extra charge. The staff is very friendly, always greeting and smiling, and makes you feel a valued guest. Breakfast holds a great standard, and so does the evening buffet. Everything tastes great and feels fresh. The only drawback there is that the band in the evening can be a bit loud. Sunbeds are provided at the beach, where one can enjoy the day with drinks and sunbathing. I like to research thoroughly before going somewhere, and i can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, which is perhaps the best value for money of the higher tier hotels i could find. On a footnote i can recommend the hotels transfers-service. It cost you 700 pesos, which is the same as the other transport services, but is easier and more comfortable.

We had a very nice stay at Hennan Prime. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The resort had a very nice location which wasn’t to busy, but still close to Station 2. The breakfast buffet is also very good with variety of both western and eastern selections. Top score on everything from check-in to check-out.

The best! World class service from staff, cleanliness, dining, bora activities! Family friendly! Everything you need is there if you go on vacation. You really feel you are on “vacation”. They also have transportation airport/resort vice versa. Food is great, enjoy good quality breakfast buffet which is “included” in your stay. I can say they offer one of the NICEST hospitality you could ever have in a lifetime. Keep up GOOD WORK HENANN PRIME!

Henann Prime has 2 separate buildings, 1 across the main road. And the other is beach front so be mindful when booking a room. But the services, staff and facilities is excellent. Quiet place, I highly recommend if you just want to de-stress from city life.

Pros: 1. The resort stays on the one (if not the best) best Philippines beaches--white sand and glass-like water. 2. The rooms and facilities are very well maintained. 3. The buffet breakfast has decent variety of foods and never runs out of them. 4. The restaurant has really good food though in a bit limited variety. 5. The town is just a walk/ride away with great offers for food; and I mean great. 6. The resort staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Cons: 1. Vendors on the beach--until 10 am, you cannot even see the sea behind them--they just stand there in from of you. 2. Vendors can be pretty annoying--the very first day, an ice-cream vendor was standing like 2 feet from me screaming on top of his lungs "Ice creeeeeem!" nonstop the whole day. 3, The property has only 24(?) beach chairs available to the resort per local regulation, so do the math about their availability.

I highly recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful; is also located in a really good area we you can ride the motorbike and go anywhere or walk to the closets stores or restaurants.

Everything’s great except being held for 15 mins during check out as they need to check the room first. A pre warning about this would have been more appreciated.

Room was very nice, and bed was made twice a day. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ok, not fantastic, and only fans in the dining area, so could get quite warm with lots of people. Limited lounges on the beach side as the property is not that wide, so was a scramble in the mornings to get one.

All the staff are just amazing everywhere on the hotel!! Always attentive to the customer and the service is excellent ! We can fell that they really appreciate there customer and they want to make sure that we are satisfied and happy everywhere on the complex. The Hotel and staff are very nice and welcoming. The only problem I had when we arrived at the airport expecting we have shuttle to their Hotel. Regardless you have reservations or not they should automatically added to their guest list who will be checking in that day, with their booking transportation from the airport to the hotel. Since we came from abroad bcoz there is no way not to take that transportation bcoz from the airport you need a ride to the boat terminal then another ride to the hotel. Since Hennan is a 4-5 star hotel they have their own shuttle bus and speed boat to assist their all guest. Unless if there any changes like how many people will be arriving or cancelled their reservation. Hope this will help Hennan to clear this issue. Bcoz last year we checked in also in Hennan Park and I did not have a transportation reservation but I got our ride and our names was in their list who is arriving that day. Maybe only Prime beach resort have their issue for this transportation???. Consider this comments to get better service to all of your guest. Thank you.

I purchased two rooms with hotels.Com and when I called the hotel they stated I only had one room. They told me to purchase another room and so I did. I called again and spoke to someone else to see if it went threw then they told me I had 3 room. No refund, no free transportation, no free drink for their mistake. No refund. The pool was freezing. The staff was very nice once I was their.

Expensive given the limited facilities. Only resultant was the breakfast cafeteria which was also the main route from the hotel to the beach so constant flow of people walking through. Other Henann properties I stayed at on the island had better food choices and pool facilities.

많이들 찾는 디몰에서는 조금 거리그 있지만 트라이시클로 충분히 이동가능한 거리에요. 바로 앞에 비치도 스테이션2에 비해 한적해서 놀기 좋았어요. 제일 좋았던 건 호텔 마사지였어요, 풀사이드에서 받았는데 매우 만족스러웠어요. 직원분들도 친절하셔서 너무 즐겁게 묵고왔습니다.

We travelled to boracay for a week and stayed at henann prime and its a nice hotel located on Station 1. Its walking distance to dmall but bring water as its hot to walk or catch a tricycle if you dont want to deal with heat. The staff is supper friendly and the hotel is clean. They have massages by the pool or in room and we enjoyed the massage. The breakfast buffet is good and thanks rose and lea for all the good service in the morning. I would stay here again or maybe try another henann location on the main strip as they have 7 different options. Thank you henann prime!

Ho prenotato una camera beach wing con vista piscina. All'arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera al 4 piano con vista su 2 enormi tanks su un muro di un hotel abbandonato, schermato malamente con bambù. Dopo le mie lamentele e la poca disponibilità della manager che sosteneva che l'hotel fosse al completo, ho contattato Hotels e mi è stata assegnata una camera nell'ala road con vista piscina per una notte di valore inferiore. Tengo a precisare che le informazioni sull'hotel sono ingannevoli. Non precisano mai che gli edifici sono staccati e per recarsi al mare o fare colazione bisogna attraversare la strada principale. Il secondo giorno ho avuto la camera nell'ala beach. Non aspettatevi la camera luminosa che vedete nelle foto. Le persiane sono apribili solo al centro e dal balcone un bel muro a pochi metri vi aspetta. Quello che chiamano piscina è un budello che non prende mai il sole, addossata al muro e alle camere del piano terra. In camera mancava the e caffè che, comunque, è stato consegnato subito. Il terzo giorno la camera non è stata pulita, nonostante nella descrizione indicassero pulizie quotidiane, che mi sembrano il minimo per un hotel che si definisce 5 stelle. Ho chiesto di rifare la camera e di avere asciugamani puliti perché quelli in dotazione già usati il giorno prima e non cambiati, erano umidi. Dopo più di mezz'ora, e dopo aver richiamato, non potendo più aspettare, sono stata costretta a fare la doccia e usare gli asciugamani umidi Buon letto ebagno
La piscina dell'ala beach. Solo quelli al primo piano possono avere vista piscina. Per le altre camere vista muro

Circa 20 sun beds per tutti gli ospiti a ridosso uno dall'altro e disponibili dopo le 10, con assalto a chi riusciva a prenderlo
