Veldig fint
Jeg og venninnen min hadde et veldig fint opphold på 5 netter. Frokosten var bra og variert, i tillegg til at baren ved bassenget var bra! Personalet var ekstremt hyggelige! Et minus var da vi vasket hvite klær og de ble returnert grå, men dette ble håndtert ordentlig på av personalet.

Nytt hotell med god service.
Hotellet er nytt, var endel bygningsarbeid i nærheten. Men støy på øya må man regne med uansett. Ligger 200 meter å gå til stranda. Desverre var ikke treningsrommet ferdig når vi var der, så det var skuffende. Frokosten var for det meste beregnet på asiatere, men man fikk egg, bacon, pannekaker, pålegg og frukt. Rommet var romslig og hadde minibar og gratis vann. Hotellet har også sine egne solstoler på stranda med egne strandhånkler og gratis vann.

The quality of the room does not match the price you will pay. Upon our initial entry into the room, a strong pungent smell of mildew and mold was present. In fact, we had to change rooms as one of us developed an asthma attack due to mildew and mold present. The rooms have poor ventilation. We certainly do not mind pay a premium price, so long as what you will receive mirrors what you pay. Also, there are numerous fines for petty items such as if you stain the towels, bd longs, and any other items the room may include. This is definitely one hotel I will not go back to.

My room did NOT meet my expectations for a $180 dollar a night room. Bathroom did NOT have a shower and was terribly cramped and hard to get around specially since the bathtub took up over half the space. TV only had ONE channel available, breakfast food was NOT healthy for me because of my diabetes. ONLY great thing about the hotel was the GREAT AND FRIENDLY STAFF who were were great every day of my stay.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück für philippinische Verhältnisse mit reichlicher Auswahl vorhanden und lecker. Haben ein upgrade kostenlos beim Check-In bekommen. Einzig die Lautstärke könnte ein Kritikpunkt sein, aber es ist eben nunmal boracay und sollte somit als Partyhotspot bekannt sein.

This is the perfect place if you’re looking for more private and serenity. I was able to relax and enjoyed their breakfast very much. We love the happy hour and we had the pool to ourselves. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel’s amenities is way too pricey for its class. We paid the same price on our first day in the island at Hue Hotel at Station 2 but the amenities are way too far compared to Hue Hotel. This hotel is filthy and low grade. The front desk reception staff are not quite professional to deal with tourists. The receptionist was too loud and lack’s professional skills to deal with clients. They collected us extra money for our 11 year old when in fact the two hotels we stayed before them did not. They said they considered an 11 year old to be an adult. Since when an 11 year old became an adult???! They let us checked in early and they said they upgraded our room to garden suite with jacuzzi but we did not agree because that room was filthy and unacceptable. But in fairness the breakfast was good. Food was serve warm and it taste better than the others. This hotel’s ad in the web is misleading, since our expectations for the same hotel in its class were not met. The pictures they advertise is so misleading. This hotel is like a 2 star hotel but they charge like a 4 star hotel. I would never book in this hotel and would not definitely recommend it.

My Boracay Experience
Hotel staff super-friendly. Main reason why I extended my stay by an extra 4 days at the Hotel. A couple of minor things that I believe would add additional value to guests stay would be the following; A. The pool temperature could have been slightly higher during the late afternoon/early evening. B. Also feel the limitation on one cup of coffee in the morning a little stingy considering the hotel is offering itself as a 4-Star hotel. At the very least there should be a pot of coffee available and at least coffee/tea offered to guests in their rooms. NB. Would have been useful to have been informed in advance that their in-house credit card authorization was not available and only cash was acceptable. Additionally, that the gym was out of action. Neither were major things , however, would have meant I was better prepared as both were reasons why I booked the hotel

Staff are very welcoming and nice. Thats what made our stay memorable. Theres a bit of construction going on. But out room was in the quieter area. Clean pool and good ala carte breakfast. Overall, happy with the stay and will come back here if going to Boracay again.

수건 때문에 보증금을 떼일뻔한 후기를 보았습니다. 저 또한 혹시나 하는 마음에 주의를 하였으나, 역사나 체크 아웃시 보증금을 안주려고 하는 느낌이 들더군요. 방을 두개 예약하여 아침에 제 방은(1박) 체크아웃을 하고 부모님 방(2박)에 짐을 옮겨두고 저역에 체크아웃을 하는데 저에게 전날 어디서 잤느냐? 3인이면 돈을 더 내야 한다 등으로 계속 따져 묻더군요. 물론 체크인이랑 체크 아웃 때 있던 동일한 직원이고 체크인시 방 두개의 예약 기간이 다른 이유를 설명도 하고 혹시나 하는 마음에 기억하려고 체크인때 팁까지 주었는데도 보증금 얘기를 하며 매우 기분을 상하게 하더군요. 출장과 여행을 많아서는 편이라 여기 저기 숙박을 해보았지만 이곳 처럼 기분을 상하게 하는 곳은 없었습니다.
