Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund: 14 days or more before arrival
50% Refund: 8–14 days before arrival
No Refund: 1–7 days before arrival (exceptions for documented medical emergencies)
Deposit Policy:
A 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid within 24 hours of the reservation to secure your stay.

Must be 25 years old or older to book a reservation. ID verification is required.
Hot tub: Make sure to test the hot tub with the provided tester strips before getting in the hot tub. Also, swimwear is only allowed in the hot tub, NO normal clothes because they will ruin the water.

Trash: Please place all trash in the provided trash bags, and place the trash bags in the trash bins near the driveway. Do not put loose trash in the trash cans.

Pets: 2 dogs max, you must supervise the dogs at all times, you have to put the dogs in the provided kennel when leaving your dogs at the house.

Please do not unplug any of the electronics(TVs, Xbox, etc).
