This gated, single family home is situated on a picturesque 3 acre lemon, pomegranate, and avocado orchard with a pleasant, cooling ocean breeze. A secluded retreat bordering Oceanside, Fallbrook, Escondido and Vista, it is the perfect place for a family vacation close to beautiful beaches, amusement parks, wedding venues, and wine country.
The space:
Welcome to a joyful country haven at Ocean Breeze Orchard Villa. This 3,000 square foot, single-family home is your private retreat. You'll be captivated by the panoramic views from almost every room. Here you can enjoy nature and have enough space for dining, relaxation, and fun with the whole family.

This Villa is centrally located to the many attractions in Southern California with easy access to major highways (about 7 miles off highway I-15 and 2 miles off highway 76). We are 15 miles close to the beaches in Oceanside and Carlsbad, and 18 miles from Legoland. The Zoo Safari Park is only 21 miles away. Drive south to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo, or head northwest to Disneyland. Enjoy the attractions, or simply unwind, play games, dine, and soak in the beauty of this Bonsall Villa.

This is a 2 story home. The kitchen, dining room, family room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the laundry are on the main level. On the second level are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large balcony.

Main Level Family Room/Kitchen/Dining:
The comfortable family room has ample space for your family gathering with an 86 inch smart TV and a game cupboard for some family fun including toys for the little ones. You can enjoy the scenery from the dining table or go out on the patio for a relaxing meal. The large kitchen has abundant counter and pantry space with all the necessities for meal preparation and dining.
Our ocean breeze orchard has a variety of citrus trees. In the kitchen you'll find a juicer and supplies for making lemonade. Imagine, fresh picked lemons and homemade lemonade on a summer day!

3 Main Floor Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1, the primary bedroom - King bed, desk for a quiet workspace, large ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a sliding door that opens to the patio with a comfortable sitting area and beautiful views. In the closet is a queen air mattress, a full-size crib, a pack-n-play, and extra bedding. There is a full length mirror and extra space in the bath area that is perfect for preparing for special occasions.

Bedroom 2 - California King bed and one bunk bed (sleeps 4 total) with access to the hall bathroom. There is also a 55 inch smart TV.

Bedroom 3 - King bed with access to the hall bathroom. There is also an upright piano which you are welcome to respectfully play.

2 Main floor bathrooms:
The spacious primary bathroom and the hall bathroom.

Large Main Level Laundry room:
The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, some cleaning supplies, and an additional small refrigerator/freezer.

Back yard:
From the family room/kitchen there is access to the large back patio which offers dining areas with tables and chairs for 14 guests, a grill, a lounge area, and umbrellas for shade. Family outdoor games are available including corn hole, badminton, spike ball, Kanjam frisbee, bocce ball, and croquet.

Second Level 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, and Balcony:
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms that open to a large balcony with breathtaking views and chaise lounge chairs for reading, relaxing, and sunbathing.

Bedroom 4 - King bed, mirror closet, and access to a hall bathroom. A twin-size fold out floor mattress with extra bedding is in the mirror closet.

Bedroom 5 - King bed, sofa futon, desk, and a 55 inch smart TV, and access to the hall bathroom. Extra bedding is located in the mirror closet.

Please note, there is no garage access or use of the indoor fireplace.
Also note, the AC unit operates downstairs only. There is no AC in the upstairs; each room has a ceiling fan and a tower fan. The ocean breeze keeps the house fairlycool, the AC is rarely needed.
Guest access
The entire home and the yard/patio area around the home is your private retreat. The home is accessed from the lower gate with the house number on the mailbox. After entering through the gate, you will drive up to the house and park in the area at the side of the house. Although there is no garage access, there is ample parking to the side of the house and in front of the garage.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
- Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances.
- Absolutely no pets.
- Absolutley no parties or events.
Failure to comply with the house rules will result in immediate termination of your rental and 100% loss of your deposit and reservation.
