Sleeps 2, up to 2 non-shedding dogs are welcome, and a desk and private washer and dryer are inside, so short trips and work stays both work well.

The Home:
The studio is attached to the back of the main house but has its own outdoor entrance and no access to the main house. You step into a living area with a dining table for two, a desk and chair, and two armchairs with a coffee table. The kitchenette has retro-style appliances, quartz counters, hardwood cabinets and a 2-burner hot plate.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The king bed is tucked into the corner, and the wall-mounted TV swivels so you can watch from the bed, kitchen or dining area. The full bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and a stackable washer and dryer for your use only.

Outdoor Living:
A small wooden deck at your front door has a chair and a small table. You also share the grassy courtyard with the other two units, with a rectangular table for 6 and a propane gas grill.

Included for Your Stay:
Beach: 2 beach chairs.
Kitchen extras: toaster, air fryer, blender, Keurig coffee maker and a 2-burner hot plate.

Location:
The property is in downtown Bonita Springs, a short walk from The Survey Cafe, Chartreuse Craft Cocktail Lounge, The Wonder Gardens, the Bonita Springs library, Riverside Park and Downtown Coffee and Wine Company. Bonita Beach Park is a 5.2 mile drive.

• Pets: up to 2 non-shedding dogs welcome. No cats or other animals.
• Parking: shared parking lot to the right as you turn into the driveway. Please leave room for others to get in and out.
• Trash & recycling: our trash and recycling program takes the cans to the curb and brings them back for you automatically.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
