«We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home ...

«The property was beautiful, even more so than the pictures show. Wonderful location. Convenient to shops, stores, restaurants, and of course the beaches. All amenities we needed were provided. I’m typically a nitpicker but can’t think of a single nit to pick here. Would definitely stay here again.»

«Perfect place for our family. Wonderful pool snd view of the inlet. We saw dolphins everyday we were there. My son fished off the dock and caught quite a few. It was close to excersions we planned on Marco Island and Naples. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, boogie boards and more. Thank you for a wonderful trip»

«I could not have asked for a better week at this beautiful home. It had everything we could possibly need. The owners even went out and bought board games, pack-n-play and a high chair for our stay. I was VERY impressed by this. The house is huge and we had plenty of space for everyone!!! Each couple had their own room and full bath which was great! «Nice place and kitchen, very well equipped especially liked having gas grill and jacuzzi. The only suggeston is maybe softer filler, the oyster shell area is tough on the tootsies, so don't go barefoot. Very nice place.»
