Renovated and clean hotel with nice breakfast.
This is our 4. stay at this hotel. We have always enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the friendly staff, and now they have redecorated the hotels so it is "new" and fraiche. We go every year to Florida and stay in a lot of different hotels but this is our safe haven. Its location is nothing special, but it is only 10 minutes drive to Bonita beach and Barefoot beach. And for those who love outlets there is a good outlet 15 minutes drive from the hotel.

Supertrivelig og vennlig hotell
Vårt tredje opphold på like mange år på dette hotellet. Vi trives godt i området. 10 minutter med bil til stranden. Ok frokost(amerikansk) og et lettere måltid om kvelden(i ukedagene). Rommelige rom og veldig hyggelig betjening. Hotellet begynner å bli slitt men renholdet er bra og betjeningen Ciro i resepsjonen er outstanding. Meget hyggelig mann og alltid profesjonell. De låner ut stoler som du kan ha med på stranden. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste. To store outleter ligger i 10 og 30 minutters kjøreavstand. Publix ligger 200 m fra hotellet.

This was our first time and we love it. It was extremely clean and the breakfast made me feel like in a fancy restaurant. The room was quiet and had all kind of dishes and spoon and everything you need to cook. And the pool was amazing not that big but very aesthetic. I will recommend good price good location, clean and amazing breakfast and a lovely staff. My new favorite in Bonita Springs .

The room was clean and comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, however, kitchenware were quite old. Although it was old, the facility was overall in good condition except the carpets. Staff were kind and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed staying there and recommend it.

Große Zimmer, allerdings nicht wirklich für die Selbstversorgung ausgelegt. Dafür ist die Küchenausstattung zu spartanisch. Man kann aber fußläufig essen gehen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung fand leider nicht statt.

The best part about this property was the people. The staff was very kind and did a great job of interacting with guests while ensuring we had privacy to enjoy our stay. Maggie at the food and beverage area was exceptionally kind and provided wonderful customer service. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs a lot of work. The rooms are dated, we opted to pay for an "upgrade" and there was a roach in the upgraded room. The king suite was cramped and uncomfortable and the upgraded 1 bedroom was the room with the roach issue. I cannot vouch for any of the other room types but these rooms did not meet the standard I would expect from a Hilton property. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be addressed at this property. I would not recommend the hotel to others. I came here to save a bit of money and it was not worth the savings. If you have wiggle room in your budget, you'll want to stay elsewhere.

For a 3-star hotel, it was a great. Clean, updated rooms; a spacious studio. Pool was cleaned and well maintained and had nice BBQs that guests could use. We stayed there for 5 nights and rarely heard noise from other rooms. Enjoyed the included breakfast (except not much in the way of gluten or dairy free). We’d stay there again.

I had quite a bit of trouble with my booking through Expedia. Had to reschedule as Homewood didn’t have my booking. On arrival I once again didn’t have my booking even though an Expedia agent helped me- NOT THE HOTELS FAULT. Courtney at the front desk was able to get me the room for the same price as Expedia. She was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to see and do in the surrounding areas. The breakfast every morning was convenient and delish.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The Breakfast staff did a great job of putting out a very nice spread with the added hot dishes! The pool water was tested and the area was very nice, grills available, on site self laundry, a workout room, newspapers, maps, a lending library, cold water in the available during the day-all great amenities for guests!
