A very spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 bath home minutes away from beautiful downtown Bonita Springs.
Enter our home and you will find a beautifully spacious and well-appointed family room with a large screen TV and sectional sofa. Our well-stocked kitchen offers all cookware needed for any type of meal. We also have a new coffee maker with timer for fresh coffee to awaken you each morning and a top of the line blender for those blended drinks or smoothies.
WIFI throughout the house is always available at your fingertips. Our home also has a 2 car garage for our guests to park inside.
Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen-sized beds and luxurious brand new linens. A 4th bedroom offers a convenient pull out sofa off the living room for additional guests.

The bathrooms need to be comfortable and pleasing and we think you'll find ours hit the mark. All 3 bathrooms provide ample storage for all your belongings. Our bathrooms are well stocked with plush new linens. One of the bathrooms is located on the 1st floor and the other 2 are located upstairs.
Walk out the back door and find a large covered patio with a dining table to enjoy your favorite beverage or a meal on a nice evening outdoors. If you feel like cooking, we have a gas grill for you to grill your favorite dish.
A very spacious covered deck with comfortable lounge chairs and a beautifully landscaped koi fish pond overlooking the pool. Our home offers a beautiful heated swimming pool to spend quality time outdoors.
Just in case you need to complete a load of laundry while on your stay, our home has a full-size washer and dryer.
Our home is conveniently located minutes away from downtown Bonita Springs which offers coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. We are also only 14 minutes away from the beach, 10 minutes away from Bonita Beach Park, 20 minutes away from the Ft. Myers International Airport, 30 minutes away from the Naples Pier, 20 minutes away from Gulf Coast Town Center shopping mall, 40 minutes away from Marco Island, and 1 hour away from Everglades National Park.

Wonderful house!

Just left after 10 days and it is a beautiful house and pool and really close to downtown Bonita Springs! We went to several beaches in the area. It’s a very busy area later in the day, and the house is close to the somewhat busy road. The host was very attentive and quick to responds!

Our 2nd stay at this nice home. The house and pool areas were all updated, very clean and well decorated. We especially love the heated pool and location. We’ve already rebooked for next year.

Great location

This was our family's third stay and it is always enjoyable. We love the location- a short drive to the beach and to other activities. Communication is always fantastic. The house is stocked with the things that we need for the beach and for making some homecooked meals. Thanks for another great stay!

We enjoy staying at this location every winter! Close to many restaurants, the house is always clean and the pool is heated. Always a wonderful place to stay for a golf trip as well, as it is close to multiple golf courses that we enjoy playing.

House overall was clean and roomy. Coy pond was a mess. Pool area needs some attention. Screens are ripped allowing debris from lawn workers in. Pool filter was full and not moving. Cloudy. Upstairs deck was unusable and shades to deck are ripped up.

Vacation winter get away

Price was right. Enjoyed our stay. A lot of restaurants and stores close driving distance. Must drive to any beaches. Great pool and great layout of house. Needs updating and a little far from beaches and fishing. Overall good experience for the price.

Great family stay

Very nice location. Walking distance to park and shops. House is very roomy for little one to roam. Pool is very relaxing and tranquil with all the trees surrounding. Highly recommended !!!!!

Perfect house for our family!

The house worked so well for our family. The location was near fun restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, attractions, bike and walking trails. Being from the cold Midwest, we LOVED the heated pool. We’ve already rebooked for next year. The 4 bedroom during was fine for the young grandkids

Wonderful Bonita location

Stayed here multiple times. Location is great! Close to multiple golf courses, dining and local taverns for a drink after a round of golf. Communication with the owner is simple. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Beautiful home, Close to Beach

Beautiful Home and close to Bonita Beach. Celebrated my 65th Birthday with Family. Some pictures are not accurate, there is no koi pond it was empty. Had some maintenance problems and towels and washcloths shortage. Contacted owner, they were aware of some of the maintenance issues and took care of the ones that needed attention during our stay in a timely manner. All bedrooms are upstairs and two bathrooms and the sofa/futon was downstairs in a separate room that adjoined a bathroom. Spacious living room and open kitchen and dining room. The pool area was great. Would recommend this home. Had a wonderful weekend with family.

Beautiful home for family vacations

This house was all that we needed to have an amazing vacation. We are 5 adults and 3 children and the house was comfortable and spacious that allowed us to fully enjoy our time there. Tanja is great and very responsive to our doubts and needs. In the garage there were beach and pool toys, beach towels and chairs, umbrella and a big cooler to take to the beach so you don’t need to worry to carry any of that stuff. The house was clean with plenty linens and towels to host 8+ people. The sofa-bed is not too comfortable but it can be good enough for kids. Appliances are modern and of best quality…everything functioning and in great condition. I really recommend this home!! Thanks Tanja for hosting us!

Not perfect, but pretty close!

The location of this property could not be beat and made for a beautiful week in Bonita Springs for my traveling group. The house was a great size and very visually appealing, and met our expectations fairly well. We loved the pool and found the bedrooms comfortable, and we appreciated the proximity to the beach and other activities. There were a few things that were not consistent with what was described: the garage door opener was missing which was rather inconvenient all week, the pull out couch was missing many springs and uncomfortable for my friend's son to sleep on, the balcony had many webs and was not guest ready, and the lanai did have a leak from the balcony above. There was also supposed to be a pool cleaning visit which we aren't sure if happened, but yet there were men working on the yard unannounced. Some of the communication took longer than I thought it should have, but Tanja was very kind. We did feel some things such as trash bags and paper towels could be more well stocked for a week long visit, but we got by. Overall for the price this listing was fair and we would stay again. Thank you!

Spacious and Clean Home; Great Location

Very spacious and clean home with lots of room to spread out. Located close to everything with the beach 15 minutes away, a Publix 5 minutes away, and a great coffee shop also 5 minutes away. We loved our time here and look forward to returning.
