Perfectly suited for a couple seeking a relaxed, beautifully appointed coastal retreat, this studio sits in Building 1 — the closest tower to the protected beach access crossing — with 500 square feet of thoughtfully designed, tile-floored living space.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



THE SPACE



The remodeled kitchen and bathroom are the interior highlights here, both finished with beautiful stone countertops that elevate the feel of the entire studio. Tile flooring runs throughout, keeping things cool, clean, and easy underfoot.



The open living area flows comfortably into the sleeping space, with a sofa and chair, a large flat screen TV with cable, and full glass sliding doors that open onto the screened 7th floor lanai — your front-row seat to the Gulf and the coastline curving south toward Barefoot Beach. Whether it's morning coffee or an evening meal, the lanai is where you'll want to be.



The sleeping area enjoys an open connection to the living space, with a view of the TV from the king-size bed — a cozy, well-considered layout. Bed and bath linens are provided, and a large open closet with dresser offers plenty of storage for your stay.



The remodeled bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination — a relaxing end to any beach day.



The well-equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, silverware, basic small appliances, and a dining table for 4.

THE COMMUNITY



Bonita Beach & Tennis Club is nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Imperial River, with five 10-story towers sitting directly across from Bonita Beach Park and its protected beach access crossing. On-site, guests enjoy two pickleball courts (tennis courts are temporarily closed during ongoing renovations). Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is continuing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



Doc's Beach House is right next door, with wave runners, paddleboarding, and kayaking just steps away at the beach.
