This villa will make you feel good as soon as you enter!<br>The garden is fully fenced and offers a pretty private swimming pool, a summer kitchen with barbecue, hammocks for your naps, a real enchanting setting! <br>The interior offers: a living space with fully fitted and equipped kitchen with first-rate appliances, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer column, a beautiful dining room, a Swedish stove, a TV lounge area with a 2-seater sofa bed. <br><br>A large bay window with a view of the pool. <br><br>1 bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub and a separate toilet. <br><br>1 bedroom with double bed, dressing room and 1 second bedroom with double bed and mezzanine with double bed. <br><br>The Pavilion can be connected with two other houses that we offer: Villa Oliviers and Villa Palmiers available on this site too. So can be rented alone or for families or holidays with friends in an "expandable" way!<br>A sauna is available in the residence at an additional cost in low season. 30€/entrance for 5 people<br><br>A real treat!<br><br>Free public parking is available less than 100m from the house. <br><br>House rules: <br><br>- The house is strictly reserved for families with children<br>- Youth groups strictly forbidden<br>- Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00<br>- Minimum 7-day rental<br>- Bed linen and towel provided<br>- Noisy parties or parties forbidden for the respect of the neighborhood<br>- During your stay, we reserve the right to come between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm <br> without warning, but as discreetly as possible in order to control the pool <br> in order to offer you the best service. - Only people who have been mentioned in the reservation have access to the house. No other additional people will be able to stay there without notifying the owners in advance.<br>- If the number of people announced at the time of booking is not respected and the owners have not been warned, the owners have the right to cancel the stay or to request a package of EUR 150 per week from the person who has not been announced. This amount must be given in cash to the owners. <br>- Visits, even for a day, must be announced and accepted by the owners when booking the accommodation.<br>- The external gates cannot be locked to allow access to the pool builder. <br><br><br>For people wishing to buy or cancel the option: HEATED POOL (250€/week), please inform us one week before your arrival, as we must start the heating one week before your arrival.<br>The temperature of the heated water will not be higher than 28° C<br>The pool heat pump can increase the water temperature by +/- 10°C compared to the average air temperature (between day and night)<br>One week before your arrival, please check the air temperature during your stay in Bompas, so that you can cancel, if you wish, the HEATED POOL option. <br>If the air temperature is below 18°, the temperature of the heated pool will be below 28°, in this case plan €60 for the purchase of a wetsuit at Decathlon. <br>Between 15 September and 15 June, the swimming pool and all the outdoor facilities (garden, outdoor furniture, summer kitchen, etc.) are not accessible, cleaned or maintained. <br>If you buy the heated pool option, only the pool is cleaned and accessible, not the rest.
