Bolton

This was our second stay in this rental. The property is comfortable and well appointed. There is plenty of space for our family of 5 to both gather for a meal or a movie and spread out for quiet time. It's in a peaceful community with nice grounds and amenities such as tennis and basketball courts and a great pool. It's convenient to local businesses and beaches. The owner is responsive to inquiries and maintains a very nice property.

This was our second stay at this property. The condo is well equipped with whatever you need. It is situated nearby to the little hamlet of Bolton Landing where there are restaurants, shops, gas station, grocery store and even a brewery. The pool at the condo was not used by anyone except us. We went down to the little dock and the young kids fished and caught a few sunnies then enjoyed a dip in the lake.I highly recommend this property.

Great stay overall, clean, "homey" and warm feel

We had a great stay, and I would stay again. Great location, although not sure about how easy lake access is. We were there in the Fall for a wedding, and I did not try to get to the lake. Seems like it might be a long walk, or possibly a drive, but I am not certain. One thing I would say is that this home is a bit dated. Please don't misinterpret that. It's clean. It has a warm, homey type of feel. All good. But it is clear that the last update/renovation was a while ago. If you prefer more of a "modern" place, then this may not be ideal for you. There are a lot of stairs, as bedrooms are spread between the first and third floors. No bathroom on the third floor. Again, we really enjoyed our stay, and I liked the place a lot! Just want to share some candid perspective.

Fabulous property - easy interaction

Everything about this property was amazing. The one negative was the shower curtains were quite dingy and moldy. Not the worst, but also not in line with the rest of the stay.

Great time in Bolton

This unit was accurately depicted in the listing and is very well appointed. It was clean and felt like we were home. We were very comfortable from the moment we checked in. The property owner was responsive and the check in was easy. I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful condo

This condo had everything we needed for our week's stay. Our group consisted of myself and my husband, our daughter and her husband and their two young children. The condo was spacious, clean, and close to the hamlet of Bolton Landing. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated with enough room for our belongings for the week. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with whatever you needed to cook or grill. This condo unit is literally a 2 minute walk to the inground pool. During our stay it was never crowded and many days we were the only ones there. The beach area within the complex is a bit of a walk through a densely treed drive. Once down there it is a nice spot to sit and enjoy the lake views but the best view is from the upper deck of the condo. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out there and found ourselves marveling at the beauty of the landscape. Bolton Landing is a quaint area with many restaurants to choose from. The shops range from the typical tourist type selling souvenirs to the antique store comprised of three floors selling anything from ashtrays to vinyl records. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation. Chris, the host, was quick to respond when we had a few questions we posed to him.

Beautiful!

This townhouse was perfect for our family. It was very spacious and clean. The location is perfect and the amenities were great. We had so much to do in the development and we were never bored. The pool, basketball courts and playground kept everyone amused. It is so close to shopping and other activities. We will definitely be back soon!

Family vacation

The condo was very nice. Kitchen appliances, bakeware, cookware and utensils were great! It had everything we needed. The only downside was that the counters were dirty and the floors were not vacuumed when we arrived.

Great Lake George Experience

Our family spent Columbus Day weekend in the condo, it was our first visit to Lake George. The unit was perfect, well furnished, comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent and the overall experience could not have been better, even if the weather was not the best during our stay. We will be back for sure! highly recommended!

Clean spacious stay very close to all things Bolton Landing and Lake George

We loved this place. Spacious and conveniently located about 4 minutes to Sagamore resort in Bolton Landing and 15 minutes from the town of Lake George. Awesome place for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay! Highly recommend. The couch was amazing!!

Wedding Getaway

My husband, three adult children and I spent three nights in Bolton Landing for a wedding that was on Silver Lake. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations, the ease of check-in, and the location. The bedrooms are lovely and having two and a half baths was great. The half mile walk to the lake is gorgeous! The woods, with the sunlight streaming through the trees is beautiful! Lovely views of the lake. The town is one mile away and has lots of good restaurants. Beautiful weekend with our family!! Thank you so much:)

Mountain View

The condo was beautiful and spacious! We are 3 sisters and husbands who vacation together 1 week every year. We try to change it up and we’re very happy with this place. It accommodated all of our needs and had all the comforts of home and then some! The Mountain View from the deck is so beautiful and we were fortunate enough to see a beautiful rainbow! We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing property, amazing view, A+++

My family stayed at this property in August, 2023. We absolutely LOVED this property. It was perfectly described, very clean, and just perfect for us. The pool is actually heated (which our kids enjoyed even on the drizzly, cool days) and is a short walk across the parking lot. Beautiful tennis courts and basketball hoop as well. The small deck provides a beautiful view and the grill provided is very nice. The kitchen is probably one of the most well equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in… so if you plan to stay in and cook, it’s well equipped. The property is just a mile or so from the little town of Bolton Landing which provides shopping, restaurants and ice cream. It’s much less crowded and “touristy” than the town of Lake George is…. We loved it and we’ll definitely be back again. Thanks Chris!

Bolton Landing Beauty

The property was very nicely furnished and appointed. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable and linens and towels provided were luxury standard. The view from the balcony was beautiful especially in the mornings with the mist/clouds over the mountains. Location was good as it was very close to Bolton Landing downtown. Although it would be difficult to walk there, we had no trouble finding parking spaces in Bolton Landing even though it was high tourist season. Hosts were very helpful and communicated quickly. We would highly recommend this property.

50th Anniversary

This was the perfect place for our siblings to stay at when we celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The condo was spacious, comfortable and in a nice quiet location yet not far from the cute shops and eating establishments in Bolton Landing. Everyone enjoyed the view, the pool, and took advantage of the numerous hiking trails a short distance away. Communication was great and we appreciated being contacted to let us know that the condo was cleaned and ready for us. When we had trouble using the lock box, help was right there. This is a wonderful area for a multigenerational gathering as there is something for everyone. We definitely plan to return.
