Mi sono trovato davvero bene. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere velocemente diversi punti chiave della città (Centro Storico, Stazione Centrale, mercati etc) e host davvero cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia di camere e bagni (2 in comune) impeccabile; ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Pleasant guest house
Easier to find than I thought and Mario was easy to get in touch with prior to arrival. Room felt safe and secure. Bed was comfy and the fridge was useful. Shared bathrooms but always clean and always at least one available. Pleasant homely feel despite being obviously in the middle of the city. Would recommend for a short stay.

7th floor in the City
OK, I came by car and expected a parking lot which wasn't available unless walking 10 min with my luggage. It is a friendly place looking more like Bead and Breakfast than a hotel. Central and friendly service but don't expect hotel services.

Ok, i was confused. I thought this was a hotel. Its not When i got to the propery it says B&B. Its not because its a basic room only. Good location close to railway station and town center. Located on a very busy road so even with the windows closed its noisy, which I didnt like. Owner is helpful and made cappuchino which was very nice. Bathroom was shared but kept spotless.

This isn't a regular hotel but a group of rooms on the 7th floor of a building, with 2 shared bathrooms and a lounge. My room was large, included a fridge, and was nice enough. Marco, the proprietor, was friendly and let me leave bags there on the departure day. The location was good -- walking distance from the train station and fairly close to the historical centre. Overall, fully satisfactory and good value (as long as one doesn't require a private bath).

Great value and location
I thought the location was perfect to navigating Bologna and great recommendations from the owner. It was noisy at night with traffic and locals outside. Overall a really nice stay

Overall the property is in a good condition , small elevator , breakfast was quiet enough to gain some energy before a morning activity , bathroom is clean and shared among the other rooms ( more than one bathroom ) , Mario was nice and helpful , The property is 10 minutes walk from Bologna train station and Piazza Maggiore , There is a super market just down the property ( pam )

Très grand appartement réaménager pour accueillir les clients dans de bonnes conditions de confort, très propre, 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Vous pouvez stationner votre véhicule dans un des garages dans une rue face à l'hôtel, évitez le garage de Bologne qui est très cher (25 euros).

Splendido soggiorno
Ho trascorso 5 notti presso questa struttura. Posizione ideale, stanza super carina e letto comodo. I bagni li ho sempre trovati puliti. La colazione super abbondante.

ボローニャは小さい街なのでバス停から少し離れてもここ以外がおススメです。
宿の場所はマンションの７階になります。 自宅の一室(部屋数は3部屋程)を宿として営業しています。受付はないので道路に面しているインターホンを鳴らして扉を開けてもらう形になります。ちなみに男性オーナーの家なので何部屋かある内の1部屋は男性オーナーの部屋です。 私たちがチェックインを終え部屋に入ろうとした際、(まだ部屋に入る前に)言われたのが、部屋は綺麗に使ってね！床に水を垂らしたらすぐ拭くように！と同じことを二回づつ言われ！ 扉の鍵の明け方はこうやるように…はい、見ててあげるからやってみて！(ただ回すだけだが言われた通りやる事に、、、) それとバスムールを使ったら横にあるモップで必ず掃除してからでてくるように！とモップの場所を案内される、、 説明が終わり指定された部屋に落ち着き 数分後、トイレに行き帰ってくると直ぐに部屋のドアをノックする音が、ドアを開けてみるとオーナーがドアは静かに締めてね！締め方教えてあげるから見てて！、、、さすがにokokと適当にあしらうことに！ その後気づいた事ですが、14:00以降のチェックインだった私のところに14:20にメールが、宿のオーナーからで20分過ぎてるけど何時にくるの？との催促メールが送られていました。14:00以降のチェックインなので以降ならいつでもいいのでは？ 滞在して感じたのは神経質なルームメイトの家に泊まりに行った感じです。決してお客様対応はされません。オーナーと話して感じたのはアジア人系に対してなにやら嫌悪感を抱いている様子でした。

不快で汚いボーイフレンドは非常に緊張していたので、午前10時にチェックインできません。 アジア人は善良な人々です。問題は非常に汚くて乱雑な二人だけです。他人を尊重せずにこのように振る舞うことはできません。

Mario was great, very friendly and welcoming. The B&B is in a brilliant location, a short walk from the train station and is right in the Center of Bologna as the name says. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Bologna

Great location at a reasonable price
Very comfortable apartment with large spacious rooms and very clean communal bathrooms. For us one improvement would be a hot breakfast of fresh food, rather than packaged croissants. But we had a very nice stay at this place!

Good place for a quick overnight in Bologna
Bologna Center is a great place to stay for a quick stop in the city. Located directly between the city center and the central train station, it is perfect for a stopover with quick access to further travel by train or to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are large in an old building in a good neighborhood. The only downside was that you can hear quite easily between the different rooms, and through the sliding door (it is an older building, so to be expected). Otherwise, can be recommended for a stay in the great city of Bologna!

- LOCATION : excellent. very close to 'Pizzeria San Martino' located in downtown, it takes 10-12 minutes by walking from the hotel. Plus ther is a big supermarket right next to the hotel. - CLEANLINESS : very good. - CONVENIENCE : very good. Desite of the shared bathroom, never waited and very clean. - SERVICE : I reserved breakfast included room, but I didn't have breakfast while I was staying for 5 days except first day, because I had to get up early because of work but the man who manage the hotel never showed up until I left the hotel.

Not so great for the price charged
The host was very welcoming but the room was very basic, furthermore since the building was historical the sound insolation in the windows was non-existing. I didn't get to sleep at all. You could hear street and people all the way up to 3am which is most unpleasant. Shared bathrooms were clean but there was no water pressure in the shower. Dropping show is not what you want at the end of the day.

Dear Customer, thank you for the review, unfortunately if you choose a hotel in the city center you need to be aware that you are in the city center. And anyway it is the first time that someone tells us that the noises are so loud. As for water and pressure, it's really uncomfortable to have a lot of pressure. Thank you

Come si può accettare ospiti con pretese come le sue, cercare di non pagare il conto col pretesto di essere parte della chiesa. Un po’ di onestà bisognerebbe sempre averla.

Comodo posto per un weekend a Bologna
Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione centrale 15 min, a 15 min a piedi dal centro, molto pulito, personale accogliente. L'unica cosa e' l'affaccio sulla strada trafficata che mette tanto rumore.

一般のアパートを6部屋改装した中の1部屋で、広くて清潔だがバス、トイレが共同なので女性には勧めない。
バス、トイレが共同で夜中に起きて行くのが不便。シャワーを浴びるにも他の利用者がいれば待つ必要がある。B&Bなので個室の鍵も簡易的なもので女性には勧めない。従業員はオーナーと思われるが英語があまり通じず、4泊しても鍵をかけて出かけるので当然ベットメーキングやごみ捨てはなされておらず、タオルの交換もない。朝は8時半から朝食が出るが、遅すぎて利用する事はなかった。また、夕方は7時にはオーナーの部屋が閉まり、リクエストするにもコンタクトできず。立地はセントラル駅とピアッザマジョレーニの中間でいいが、 到着時に外から呼び鈴を探すのが分かりづらく、日本人には向いていない。1泊当たりの料金も普通にホテルに泊まれる金額なので女性の一人旅にはお勧めしない。ただ、部屋は広く清潔だ。

You were allowed to check in before the scheduled time, you were scolded for the excessive noise you did during the night, you booked for one person and instead you wanted to stay in two. It seems a little too much. For these reasons we have been forced to abandon you, hoping that you will not book anymore in any of our facilities.

Familiäres B&B im 7. Stock eines Stadthauses im Zentrum von Bologna. Neu renoviert. Große helle Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung. Einziger Nachteil ist das Etagenbad. Für 8 Zimmer sind zwei großzügige Bäder zur Verfügung. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal.

Accoglienza superlativa..la camera confortevole..molto pulita. Il titolare una persona squisita, disponibile. ho apprezzato la sua precisione per la pulizia. Bagni all'altezza di un hotel 5 stelle, ben organizzato. La posizione strategica in una zona perfetta per raggiungere il centro, anche la stazione. Qualita' Prezzo eccezionale. Ci tornero' ancora.

Generally ok but a little strange
In general, the stay was ok. There were, however, some aspects which were quite strange. Firstly there were only two bathrooms which had to be shared by all guests. This meant a wait of 40 minutes to take a shower in the morning. We were only given one towel between the two of us and the owner also felt the need to explain in painstaking detail how not to operate the lift; there were no mishaps with it but his explanation of how the lift could stop working at any time did not fill me with confidence.

アパートの一室をそのまま借りるシステム（風呂、トイレ共用）
看板などなく入り口に迷いますが、建物に入る大きなドアが２か所あり、一方の呼び鈴ボタンのところに表示されているので、呼び出すとドアが開きます。 ２つのドアのある旧式のエレベーターで登ると、右手の大きな扉が入り口で、管理人室で手続きをする感じです。 シャワーとトイレが共用なので、かち合うこともありますが、部屋は大きくゆったりしています。
