«connecting building so you would not have to walk outside. Use of sidewalks, you had to walk in the parking lot. the bathrooms needed better plumbing, they were not dirty from lack of hotel staff but smelled funny due to plumbing issues. the restaurant attached to the hotel had good food. I did not use the pool.»

«The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. «We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that.
They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip.»

«We have stayed here before. Unsure why it would be called luxury. We do like coming. Breakfast is nice, not $60 though. The first course of breakfast is usually dry, left out too long and should not be included at all. Our tubs drain was unattached, and the sinks had no stoppers at all. A concern for my diamond ring. The property also canceled our dinner reservation3 days previous. Many light bulbs were out in our room. The vents and shower were in need of spring cleaning.»
