Cocoonr offers you this charming annexe adjoining the owners' house in Boitron to rent. It measures 38 m² and can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom with bath and a garden of around 80 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, armchair, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor fan, toaster, dishwasher, extractor fan, hob, etc.

First floor
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and open access to the bathroom with bathtub
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 80 m² enclosed garden facing west. It has a table and bench in millstone. Deckchairs are available.
- An 18 m² covered terrace with garden furniture.

The property is ideally located in the heart of a stud farm, in the peace and quiet of the countryside and surrounded by birdsong. A cosy little nest for nature lovers.
