The Space:

The studio is just minutes from The Village at Meridian, downtown Boise, BSU, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and easy freeway access. Neutral tones, modern finishes, and thoughtful touches create a relaxed and inviting environment.
Sleeping Area
The sleeping area features a King bed with high-quality linens and pillows. A Smart TV is mounted for easy viewing from bed. A small dining table for two sits by the window—ideal for meals or laptop work.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette is compact, organized, and functional, with everything you need for simple meals:

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to PRIVATE separate studio apartment on the main level. The upper level townhouse may be occupied by another guest, or the Owner. There is a shared interior hallway that leads to both PRIVATE secure entrances. The Garage is NOT included. Each separate unit has a unique CODE for the safety and security of the guests.

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ An additional housekeeping fee is required on all stays over 14 nights.
~ We do NOT accept pets of any kind at this property.

We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to keypad.
